Can someone tell us how we can update spec "V4X"? If we are Walmart Marketplace App user, why can't this be updated automatically?
HELP! I can't seem to get through to any support team members. Shopify sends to Walmart support, and Walmart support sends me to Shopify support. Very frustrating. #sendpuppiesandsupport
This app is horrendous on the technical side. Many errors that cause a lot of frustration and wasted time. I really wanted to like this app to make publishing products on Walmart easy and in today's world it should be flawless and user friendly, but this app is completely opposite. When you try and get help through Shopify, they direct you to Walmart. Shopify can't fix the issue because it is a 3rd party app run by Walmart. Once you finally get in touch with someone at Walmart...it is someone overseas who does not understand or have the capability to resolve the problem. They usually completely ignore your questions/inquiry and provide you with some answer that doesn't make sense. It would be nice if they could get these issues fixed because once we do get products finally published, we do get significant sales through Walmart Seller Marketplace. These guys are trying to complete with Ebay and Amazon, but are light years behind. Get a good IT team and some good leadership and maybe they can turn this around. It would be nice to see.
This sales channel works well most of the time. I will occasionally get an order that fails to transfer from Walmart to Shopify. When this happens there is usually an email notification about the order not being acknowledged. I then have to process the order through the Walmart Seller Central. The current concern is with the API update. I have been receiving emails about the item spec change from 3.2 to 4.0. It states that October 1, 2022 their system will quit working with Spec 3.2. I am assuming I am receiving these emails because the current sales channel on Shopify uses the older spec.
I need the orders on shopify thanks. And the shopify app is so fast and difficult. only order is so hard
I have spent hours on chats and email to try and figure out why this app will not upload all my new products. Gives me an error message that it's on the Walmart side yet on the phone with Walmart for about an hour and they never received the file. Did a test with a manual upload to Walmart with one new product and it worked. Just not auto from Shopify to Walmart. My older products update fine. Just can't get it to grab new ones.
This app keeps telling me our application is under review and a decision will be made within 2 weeks. However we have already been approved and finished all check list items. This app isnt updating back to shopify. Its also nearly impossible to contact walmart seller support.
The ap is not working as stated. Deleted Items are loaded. New Items do not appear. After I select category there is still No edit button and publish is whited out.
Well customer support is practically dead. Wrote them an email thru shopify and no one responded. Tried calling a number that called me when I was in the process of setting up my account, called that number back seversl times and left a voicemail and no one called me back. It is practically impossible to reach them. Honestly don't even wanna sell my products on their platform anymore. I'll take my business to Amazon and Etsy.
Super Easy to use. Setup my seller account, went into Shopify and added my products to Walmart.
Been having issues with the inventory counts pulling from Shopify for over a month and a half. Tried reaching out to support and they tell me it's an internal glitch and they're working on it a few days later a completely different person reaches out and tells me to send them all the SKUs and correct counts then back to "we're working on it" days later they're asking me for Sku's and counts. Just going in circles and it's so frustrating. Also for some reason, the Walmart App sends my orders to be fulfilled by our main warehouse instead of Deliverr. Double-checked with Deliverr and all the settings are correct. Can someone help?
My app is disconnected. Says that my device date and time are not correct, when they are. I have submitted 3 requests to get this fixed so that I can publish my listings. No response from Wal-Mart.
It will not allow me to login. Not even allowing me to reset my password even after being verified. Contacted Walmart support by phone and the tole me it would be resolved two days ago.

Every time I try to log into my walmart account it says that my login info is incorrect, but I'm able to log in to walmart directly using the same credentials. How can we get this to work?
Garbage! The pricing WILL RANDOMLY REVERT to your website pricing, regardless of how you've configured your products for walmart's sales channel. Don't bother selling on walmart unless you want to take losses, manage your items endlessly, check up on them frequently, and run into many other issues while trying to set up.
How do I contact this developer? The plugin is syncing pricing to walmart even with the setting disabled. It is also syncing orders to shopify even after disconnecting my walmart store in shopify. I cannot figure out how to remove the walmart software completely from my shopify store. I will gladly change my review once these problems are addressed.
Easy to install and set up. Love that I can link everything to my Shopify store. I did have to get assistance with publishing an item, however customer service via chat was very helpful.
I am very happy with the app. The transition is easy to navigate and most importantly...it works! I have had to tweak the listings bit here or there, which is great because they needed it.
