Easy to activate, I had a bit of a confusion and customer support helped right away. Unfortunately, at this point many of the backorder emails go into junk since they are not send through the shops domaine. I hope that this issue will be solved soon but the pre-order part works perfect.

Absolutely recommend this app! Personally my theme was not quite compatible BUT within minutes Customer Service had us up and running and this was on a Saturday afternoon !! Great app, great customer service. Thanks guys :)))

just installed the app, very pleased with it. Easy to set up and does exactly what i need - add a preorder button to my product page. customer support was very helpful and in a matter of seconds solved my issue with a button displaying twice (add to cart+pre-order) due to a custom setting of my theme. Ease of use and speed of light of the customer service deserve a 5 star reviews. Let's see how it performs in the next weeks. I also use Bear notification bar app as well. Pleased with both so far!

We are waiting for our warehouse to get things ready but launching pre-order for a few days. So far so good! Support was awesome, walked me through it. Easy to set up.

We are using this app to offer a pre-order function for Christmas hams. While the app is set to override the normal 'Add to cart' button by default (so that the only option is the 'Pre-order' button), we also wanted our customers to be able to purchase immediately. A quick email to Lynda and she was able to make a customisation so that both our normal 'Add to cart' and the 'Pre-order' buttons show, and she also matched the styling of the 'Pre-order' button to our normal 'Add to cart' button. The result is sleek and functional - very happy with PreOrder bear, and with Lynda's fantastic customer service!

Absolutely awesome service! Quick help from support. Unfortunately, we had to uninstall the app again, as it's not possible to limit the number possible of pre-orders per product.

Some free apps are limited and try to upsell to a paid version that offers whats needed for them to function as you want. Not this app. Literally installed and set up pre order offers in around 5 mins. Works perfectly.

Lynda and her team went above and beyond helping me to integrate and get set up with this plugin. I feel comfortable having chosen their plugin above my current one, you don't get service like this anymore.

So far great app for free. Allows custom color pre order giant message and small message customizable under button for my message. Good app.

We do not inject any theme code. PreOrder Bear is safe to install and uninstall." and this is NOT TRUE!!! I spend more than 2 hours trying to make it work, and I never could because it DOES NEEDS developers or custom integration to launch the preorder option . I reach customer services, and they never answer. When I install an app in my store is because I need it now, not when the developers care to answer me.
