Updated : They answered me quickly and quickly and solved my problem immediately. Loved the App and the layout is really amazing. Now I'm waiting for the emails to start being sent to see if I actually recover sales. -- The app has everything to be good, but it is full of bugs. First when signing up for your social networks, if you exit the window and back, the app says that you have completed the settings. Wtf? Then I tried to make my emails, and to my surprise I saved the title of my email, and it appeared blank soon after, I tried different big titles, smaller ones and the same problem. This is frustrating.

I installed this app early this week and didn't know how to get the best results. After chatting with the super friendly support team my recovery emails are actually making me more sales! I highly recommend this app!

I installed the app and contact support numerous times for help. I never was able to get anyone to even answer much less help. Canceling my trial.

Really great app! When I signed up I was able to send recovery messages to all my old customers! Now, they're coming back and buying the items they left in their cart! This app is great for my store. Can't recommend this app enough!

So i had an issue with this app not being able to upload a new logo and so i sent a message to get it fixed and i got it fixed WITHIN 15 Mins. Thank you so much Jayden and just to let you guys know they have amazing customer service if anything happens with the app, they respond quick and get things fix immediately!

This app is awesome for sending abandoned cart emails. You can enter the timing of the sequence of emails and customize the messages. Also, the live chat for talking to support is super helpful. Thank you so much Smart Cart Recovery!

Terrible app, terrible customer support. I payed for this app to use the facebook messenger but I couldn't connect it with my facebook account. I sent them a message and they said they would give me the refund. I waited 1 week but nothing happened. Now they're not responding to my messages anymore! These people are scammers. I don't know how they faked those reviews.
