By far the worst messenger app I have seen on Shopify. Nothing works. Welcome series cannot even be deployed at its simplest form. A complete waste of time to even try. I suggest they go back to their basics to get things proper.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which is a shame as the App has potential to be very good. I installed it and the dashboard was easy to use, and I started getting some ROI, however, there was obviously an error with the install as after I closed down the dashboard - I couldn't access it again (it just kept loading a blank page). I contacted them several times and they just kept sending me links of "How to make it work" all the links directed me to the "dashboard". Happy to change this review if they can fix the problem.

The customer service (Diane) is unmatched in the app game, especially for the "free trial" timeframe. They're committed to ramping up your app with you hands on, or hands off, what they care about is that you understand the power of the app and what it can do. As for the results, it's been enabled a few days and it's already covered the costs for the next several months. 100% satisfied overall with something that actually delivers what it says it will!

We have had great success with little management on the platform. It is a wonderful took and the customer service has been amazing! Diane who is our go-to has helped with any issue that has came up. There are many rules and a variety of options that you can get lost in. Diane is just an email away to can go in and set up and rule or fix a mistake! We're testing the app out. So far so good but nothing so far in conversions to sales. It seems easy enough to use though. Diane has been great to work with on the implementation. Her customer service has been wonderful. We'll update again after some time has past and we've got the full implementation done on the site.
