I think by far this is one of the best there is when it comes to customer service and pop ups. its very easy to make a popup form and the team are always available to help with whatever issues i may be having. Chris has been very helpful and gives me great advice concerning my setups. The other memebers are very pleasant as well. Thank you guys, i wish that more application services were just like you, this makes my life more easy so i can focus on my business.

Hello all, I was having a hard time finding out a solution to enable OptiMonk to work. This was quite worrisome since i couldn't find a solution. Luckily they have live support, Anna came to the rescue and offered a fix within 5 minutes. It's been awhile since i've actually enjoyed working with live support. OptiMonk went above and beyond to ensure I was able to finish the task quickly. Anna was exceptionally well versed and kind.

Only one campaign in, created a great email capture pop up. Super easy to use, integrated into my store super quickly.
