If I could give this ten stars then I would. The team from Shypyard successfully linked our three shopify stores to our two MYOB Accountright companies which exist in two different currencies. The process was extremely clear and straight forward. All this complicated setup and they also provided an excellent package pricing deal and did not charge for customised setup (they should have, it took time). Our shypyard setup sends our inventory levels from our primary MYOB to our various shopify stores and sends orders back from various shoppify stores to our main and secondary to MYOB companies. Overall I am extremely happy with the connectivity. This is going to save us HOURS every day. We plan to open another shopify store in foreign currency/geo-customised and will immediately create the links with shypyard. We were interesting in using Shypyard to do a custom integration with our Zendesk ticketing system. Specifically, we wanted to sync Zendesk ticket tags to their corresponding Shopify orders so we could better understand in the Shopify platform where our returns/exchanges were coming from. Shypyard has a very flexible coding environment and the team was very helpful in helping us out with some custom code.

I use this app to sync all orders. They are fast to respond and always look for a solution for things to work where possible. Very simple to use, we love it!

The Shypyard App has been integral in the automated tracking of products sold and uploaded between Shopify and MYOB. The team are always responsive to calls and messages and resolved any issues promptly. Great APP that does as required - would recommend!!

Since we have started turning over a large number of orders daily via our shopify store, having an automated system that can sync orders and payments to our Accounting Software has made things soo much easier. Definatly Recommend.

The Shypyard team was amazing. I almost feel bad for the amount of time they spent understanding my needs for my integration and exactly how my business is set up, creating a solution and making tweaks. Their communication was super quick and clear and within a couple of weeks they built the perfect integration that is saving me HOURS of work every week. For me the mark of a great app is one that is easy to set up and then it works as advertised. So far Shypyard has been amazing syncing seamlessly to our Xero accounting system and automating our entire B2B process.

Excellent app for Shopify - MYOB Accountright integration. Easy to use and setup; and it works - quick too. Ideal replacement for Onesaas except it's even better. Hopefully you are in it for the long haul, unlike Onesaas.

We asked the team at Shypard to help us write an automation that can help us generate a CSV report to show the net revenue of each of our product sales during a pre-order, and that's exactly what they delivered. This automation saves us somewhere between 20 to 30 minutes after every pre-order and it's truly made a huge difference to our workflow. The team is very responsive, patient and knows what they are doing. If there are small glitches with the tasks, they are super quick to respond (even if they are located in a completely different timezone) and the problem gets fixed right away. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who are looking for unique solutions and automations for their Shopify store, this is a team of developers you can trust :)

We used Shypyard to connect our customer support system to our marketing database. This way we were able to find out which customers are more profitable and target them more accurately. The Shypyard team was pretty helpful and the onboarding team was nice. They weren’t very familiar with our systems though, so it took a while to get up and running. Afterwards, things have been pretty good.

We're very data oriented at More Labs, and we wanted a way to automatically calculate Lifetime Value of a customer. We didn't find any other apps that could do it seamlessly since we have an intricate omnichannel sales model, so we tried Shypyard when it was still in beta. I wish they had a template for calculating Lifetime value, but the product is pretty new so we had to build it from scratch. Fortunately the Shypyard team is super responsive, and they were able to help answer all our technical questions. Now, we've been using it for a while now and the automation is quite reliable - we feel like we can count on accurate and timely LTV calculations now.

I don't have an intensive coding background so wasn't sure how to get started at first. However, I had a couple ideas to automate my daily tasks and make my life easier. There are templates and new user guides in their coding editor but didn't work for my custom tasks. I asked the team for help and they helped me code the entire thing! I hope that they make it even easier for merchants like me to create my own automations.

It’s really cool to have discovered Shypyard. We were looking for a tool to automatically tag orders and customers based on frequent purchase patterns and periodically email our team a summary of the data. We played around with some of the no-code tools out there but it wasn’t easy to get exactly what we wanted. Since our team has a member who updates jQuery for our site, Shypyard really stood out with their focus on developer experience with writing Javascript. Highly recommend
