This app has made shipping my orders a breeze! Most of my orders is fulfilled by drop shippers, but about 20% of my inventory I ship myself. It used to be a major hassle to create the shipping labels for my inventory that I ship. But shipping easy has made it just like the title says" easy" with lots of options. Great customer service too. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is something there are issues when the tracking number is not automatically inputted into shopify for the customer to receive. It happens inconsistently but enough times (and with no explanation) to not give them 5 stars.

As a first-time shipper, ShippingEasy has made the whole process much smoother for me. I can't imagine doing the masses of shipments without it! The thing that really stands out is the customer service. It really is amazing! Whenever I have a problem, even after hours, they are able to help and get it resolved asap. I'm constantly impressed with it their level of support and service. Wonderful!

I signed up and began using ShippingEasy right away and ran into an issue I couldn't solve. I sent a request for help but before I heard back, a customer service person called to set up a time for a tutorial. Well, she helped me with my problem (and I got the same info from the help desk in an email!) and I made an appointment. I am so glad I did. This has saved me time, made our little pottery look professional and made this past holiday shipping craze liveable. Beginning businesses should use this and take those extra minutes for something only they can do. Thanks!

I love this app, without it I was spending much more and taking so much more time. I highly recommend it. I would really be lost without it.

ShippingEasy has by far the best customers of any app. SE support staff is easy to reach, responsive and knowledgeable. he Shipping Easy app easily integrates orders with our Shopify store, allows us to group orders by type, ship domestically and international using USPS, save shipping preferences and much more.

****NEW POST**** Recently, I was able to install the "ConnectEasy" program. Therefore I have updated my rating to a 5/5. I found some time and went to a 3rd party source to download the file. After downloading the program, I restarted and it popped up on my screen. Also, I received a voicemail whom I believe is ShippingEasy customer service. Unfortunately, I was not able to take that call at the time. But the fact that they followed-up on this review (I did not ask), shows how outstanding their customer service is. I will be re-installing ShippingEasy and recommend this over any other Shipping apps on Shopify. ****OLD POST**** This review is based on a Free Trial of Basic. I loved all the features this App had on Shopify! That is, till I attempted to download "ConnectEasy" which seems to be required in order to print labels.. Each attempt at installing this program, I received an internal error from ConnectEasy. It will NOT let me install on my Windows 10 computer. I turned off all my Firewall(s) so that could not have been it. I even asked my neighbor (computer programmer) to come and take a look. She did not know either but mentioned it was related to the program itself. I never had an issue downloading any programs till I came across ConnectEasy. Why must we download a program to print labels? I also have an ebay account and had no issues printing labels because it does NOT require a program to download. I would have loved to continue troubleshooting it but I can't be wasting more time like this.

This service makes my life so much easier! Integrates easily and auto updates your customers via email (if desired) and my Shopify order info instantaneously. Their support team is easily available via chat or phone and it's nice to speak with the same people regularly. Three words- GROUP IN BATCH.

I just started using this app and I am already impressed. I hope that it continues going well. I first downloaded the app, but didn't quite have time to mess with it to figure it out. A rep from shippingeasy called me to set up a time to help walk me through the program. Way to be proactive! Then when we had our appointment she was really helpful and answered all my questions, and even gave me her email address and offer to contact me with a followup call once I used it for a week. Very impressive customer service. Then, using it with shopify is easy. I can ship things through the app and they send a confirmation email with tracking numbers and everything. The labels look very professional too. I hope that things continue to be this great with it.

Here's the most important thing to know about ShippingEasy - they really care about service. There are lots of ways to ship online, including many great options like ShippingEasy - but they are easily the most proactive app/company I ever could have imagined. I like to save money, so I've always used free shipping systems through PayPal and USPS. They were getting tedious so I decided to check out ShippingEasy. I punched through 300 orders in one night - and most incredibly, when I had a problem uploading a CSV, they CALLED ME! They saw the problem on their end and called me with a suggestion to fix it. Here's how impressed I was with that level of service. It's the last Friday to get Christmas orders out and I wanted to take the time to write this review so fellow Shopify store owners could hear the difference in service at ShippingEasy.

We are very happy with the ShippingEasy app! It's so simple to use and the Customer Service is excellent, should you ever have a question. If you are struggling with shipping your products, we highly recommend this app! It really does make "shipping easy."

Excellent app if you have one store. If you have more than one, it is a bit of a pain to make sure it logged in to the correct store. It also didn't figure the postage correctly for my second store. It does work very well for single shop accounts only. Edit: I was notified by the developer that a second store can be added for $5 per month.

Cant sign up as it does not recognize Toronto as being a city in Ontario Canada. Duh.

This app is awesome!! I was a bit skeptical at first but thought I would give the free trial a try. Firstly its very easy to use. It aggregates all my orders from Shopify, Amazon and Ebay all in one place to process shipping. The system allows me to easily and quickly compare UPS and USPS so I can select the most cost effective way to ship. This has saved me heaps!! Then the aggregated discounts gained by buying the shipping on Shipping Easy saves me money as well. This app has saved me both time, convenience and money. I highly recommend Shipping Easy. I am so glad I signed up.

This app has saved us SO much time. We ship using USPS Priority Mail and the integration between our Shopify store & ShippingEasy is so great. ShippingEasy pulls each order and the product weight directly from our site. Now we can generate & print shipping labels with just a few clicks. I found the interface at ShippingEasy a little bit difficult to use at first. A customer service rep called me after they noticed I'd signed up but wasn't using the service. She was so helpful, showed me how everything worked, and I love ShippingEasy now. Great customer service.

ShippingEasy is THE MOST IMPORTANT APP in my business. Running a subscription box business means you have to be on top of shipping 24/7. ShippingEasy also makes my shipping more affordable with the Flat Rate Green Shipping. Support also rocks!

Absolutely the best and easiest shipping app on Shopify. It does exactly what I need it to do. Makes printing labels and packing slips an extremely easy process. Highly recommended.
