I highly recommend this company and especially Rohit who was my point person. If you are looking for a tailored product migration solution and real-time support, then these guys are for you. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have helped me bring forward my migration timeline by months. If something isn't quite right, they will keep going until it meets your satisfaction. Timely responses to my queries and they will undertake anything from product migration to ad-hoc development work. The other great thing is that if you touch on an area they are not experts in, they will tell you. Great product, we have over 5000 sku on amazon and this extracted all items over with no issues. We will continue to use this moving forward to help maintain our online stores.

So far so good! Had one hiccup with matching the inventory import, however, customer service took care of it through the online chat portal within 5 min.

Great app to sync with Amazon products! Handled 85K products and is automatically syncing updates. We also had a few specific requirements that were developed quickly for us. Must have app to sync with Amazon!

Not accurate, although Pankaj in support team was good but application failed to download all products and they either it was duplicate or some item were missing. not very user friendly interface to add or delete product. its premature app at this stage.

Unstable program keeps breaking down. One time it was showing someone else's products. Very slow to move product from Amazon. No sorting option wastes a lot of time. Have to call support every week. I was paying for this ? My last error. Language string failed to load: tls Unauthorized access!!

Xpert Imported imported our data in record time and with perfect results. Their follow up has been fantastic, always on hand to make small adjustments when needed. I would highly recommend.

I used this app to import over 45,000 SKUs from Amazon. The data came over accurately and Rohit's support and communication was great. I have no complaints with this service.

Great. My request was for nearly 20,000 individual products moved from Amazon to my own shopify shop. With there being so many I contacted the app people direct and they carried out the task. The great thing and the main reason I used them rather than uploading the CSV file from Amazon is that the product images come over with the product details with this App but does not with the CSV file. This was a mammoth task I asked of them and I am very pleased. On occasion when I emailed the contact at the App, they got back almost immediately and it was always with the answer to the question, and not being fobbed off. So in summary; a very good app, saved me hours and hours of work, files are now on my own shop and I have full control of my sales. Not to mention the low price given the hours it saves. Thank you.

I used this app a few years ago to sync nearly 1000 SKUs from my Amazon store to my then newly established Shopify store. It went flawlessly! I recently needed to update pricing and add a few more SKUs so I reached out to their Tech Support as I wanted to do a bulk updating. Ruhit quickly responded. If you are ever in need of support, and if Ruhit is the person that responds, you reached the real deal as this person was awesome! Ruhit quickly took care of all of the syncing of prices and SKUs for me. The app is awesome and so is their technical support. Well done!

We had tried unsuccessfully to import our Amazon products using Shopify's own free app Amazon Webstore Importer. It never could import our entire selection no matter how many times we tried. Then we found this app. It was worth spending the money on a professional app to get a professional import. Not only that, but customer service is exemplary, always responding quickly, courteously, and eager to answer questions or otherwise assist. This app is a life saver. We had over 9,500 variants needed to be imported from Amazon (with photos, descriptions, quantity etc) and Rohit had it all completed within a couple of days. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Great service

I am very please with their service. I sell items that have more than 100 variations. Shopify only handles 100 variations so Xpert Import went the extra mile and wrote a code to accommodate my products that were imported from amazon to shopify. Also, their customer service is great.
