Schema & Breadcrumbs App Reviews

I use the Dawn 2.0 theme and implemented the breadcrumbs app very easily in to my site. I had an initial challenge with the proper collection being overridden by other auto collections (e.g. New Products, Best Selling). Reached out for support and Bogdan replied in minutes, easily helped correct the problem and was extremely gracious in the process. It now works perfectly.

An easy to use app that does what it should. The support is also fast and nice! I could not add the breadcrumbs on one page. Within an hour I got an update and the page was working.

Größe, Farbe und Abstände gehen ganz leicht einzustellen. Meine strukturierten Daten sind jetzt auch da. IN ENGLISCH: I bought this app 2 years ago. Now I have a 2.0 theme and with help I was able to install it for free. Facility is fantastic. Size, color and spacing are easy to set. My structured data is there now too.

Excellent customer support service. I spent a considerable amount of time speaking with Hiriscau who helped me remove old code from my Shopify theme to make-room for this new app. Very helpful indeed and would highly recommend!

The app works great, provides exactly what you need and it's easy to integrate. I reached out to their support email and I got a reply within minutes. Very reliable and amazing customer support, definitely worth every cent :)

Edit: Updated as the support suddenly stopped responding, with several reminder emails. The breadcrumbs are not read by Google anymore. Finally a solution that works! Don't underestimate how important this app is for your SEO. Bogdan also offers outstanding support, couldn't be happier! 5/5

I would ignore the negative reviews. Bogden had answered my email in seconds not minutes. Problem fixed no issue no hassle just works. App works just like it is supposed to.

The best app available is Shopify, also Bogdan is very knowledgeable and if I could I would hire him to work with our company!

I was about to write a detailed review to admire the prompt response and patient tech support. Then I feel it’s a little too much to write a long article for that. July 4th holidays midnight from 1 - 4 am, exchanged 9 emails with detailed instructions and explanations including recording video and line-by-line letter very patiently on how to setup the app for a new hand non-tech guy like me. Finally it worked out. Unforgettable customer service. You are the man, Hiriscau Bogdan! THANK YOU!

Not worth the time or money. This app offers nothing more than you get with Shopify anyway! You can not customise your breadcrumbs or schema.

I had some issues with this app that were caused more or less from the theme I was using. The developer reached out to me to work on fixing it. He immediately started adding options to adjust the placement and padding. I was able to get this to work with my theme and it looks and functions perfect. Best customer support I have found. It's nice to see a developer work this hard to satisfy the customer.

I rarely write reviews, but this app provides one of the best services in the app store. The support will fix everything, related to schema and breadcrumb. This review is based on my first impressions, I will update it once I see my schema in the search engines and notice the difference it makes.

I have installed this app in my store, I had a little problem with the payment due to a comunication delay with the developer. Who solved my problem as soon as he can. Everithing works fine now. Thank you very much for your support.

The app does the job and it's one time payment only, which is highly appreciated! It seems that in many cases some manual adjustments will be needed depending on other SEO apps one may have installed , but customer service was able to respond and solve the little issues SO fast it left my head spinning. Thank you really! 10 stars for convenience and very much recommended!!!!

This app is all about to get your money, once they have your money the support is on a whim, sometimes after days of waiting they do respond and fix the issue, other times like the last time completely brushed me off, no response whatsoever for over a week. Of course after all this you do uninstall the app and want to move to a competitor who can finally can show some concern and fix the issue. But this app is so damaging that after the uninstall it destroys the storefront and you have to build a brand new storefront from scratch. Absolutely terrible! Avoid if you respect your money!

Absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Die App hat einen kritischen Fehler verursacht, in dem ich im Editor die Produktseite nicht mehr aufrufen konnte. Erst nach einer Stunde bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, diese App zu deinstallieren und der Fehler war sofort weg. Ich fordere daher auch mein Geld zurück und melde dieses Problem an Shopify, damit nachgebessert wird oder die App entfernt wird. So absolut nicht zu gebrauchen...
