I have been using this app (and the previous version) for several years to manage our returns. The app is simple to integrate, flexible for our needs, and easy for the customer. HOWEVER, the best part of this app is by far the support team. Peter will go above and beyond to be sure that this app fits the specific needs of your store. Recommend 100%.
It doesn't resize the frame automatically to fit the app. On the next page/screen after you select your return it creates a scroll since the page is too long, It should resize automatically to fit perfectly! Sometimes there is just blank white space since there not much to display, you can't write anything at the bottom of the app like because the blank space makes it look weird. It should resize! I contacted them and this guy Anthony Ko replied saying "Link to the client side app directly instead of using an iframe, or you can try dynamically resizing with javascript/jquery." I replied back " I don't know how to do that. Do it for me, will you?" and he said "Sorry, no. You will have to find your own developer for that."! Are you kidding me!

The app helps a lot with the volume of returns we have in the company and in a simple way. Customer service responds quickly too and it is very useful.
I downloaded more than 10 apps before finding ReturnZap. Even most established apps with a fancy UI cannot do basic things like customize the return flow based on product attributes or customer id or let you add multiple warehouses. ReturnZap can. Plus it's easy to get support and customize it. Highly recommended.

Great app that solves a huge problem. We're a clothing company, and as anyone in this industry knows, returns are a big part of the business. This app allows us to put some power in the customers' hands and reduces strain on our customer support resources. The few issues we have had in implementing the app has been handled quickly, correctly and with a friendly exchange. It's very powerful allowing rules for specific routing for returns. We ship from 2 DCs and I'm able to direct products exactly where they should be returned. We're tapped into our FEDEX account so prepaid labels are rate shopped and billed out of our account. We even have particular types of customer remorse returns set up to give the customer the option of shipping themselves or purchasing a label. As we've grown and evolved, this app has with us. We started with a basic setup and keep tweaking and perfecting it to match our business. Highly recommended.
Amazing app! It has saved me so much time as the sole shop owner. Having the pre-paid shipping labels really cuts down the amount of time needed to deal with support emails. Customers are familiar with the workflow since it is similar to the way Amazon does returns. Support is top notch too.
The app is very flexible in what we need for our customers. Being able to provide labels to them and to track when returns are sent back are vital. The app itself is easy to use and quite simple to set up which is great. Peter has been very present when we need something from him, which is much appreciated. Glad to have Automated RMA for our company, as it's been a huge help for our customer service team and our customers!
Anthony has been super responsive and easy to work with. This solution is miles better than other options in the App Store. The ability for the customer to automatically print a return label is key. Finally our store has a returns solution on par with other large (non-shopify) sites.
As a small company, we've had a challenge with managing data around returns, but this app has helped us grow & gather so much information about our products and how customers experience them. Peter and his team have been instrumental in helping us make adjustments to find the important data & improve our customer experience. There are many options out there, but having a team who is so responsive and kind has been great. This app is good. Not great, but not bad, and no serious flaws. There are a few simple UI details that are overlooked, such as not displaying customer name in the list and individual RA view. Workflow is good and the app runs very smoothly. I am probably going to try something else, solely to see what else is out there. While I may not be glowing over this app it does the basics very well.
This is ridiculous, this app definitely deserves more reviews, 5-star reviews, for sure! This app is incredible. My customers are able to return seamlessly, it creates a prepaid label and I can track every step of the way. No other app does this so well. Keep up the good work Anthony!
I can't say enough about this app!!! It has been an immense asset in organizing and automating our returns process. We have a nice clean portal that assists our customers and provides all the necessary information for our team. There has been an amazing evolution with this app since we first started using it in October 2021. We are so grateful for the support of the developer and the willingness to provide updates according to our needs. Such an amazing cost effective product!!!
I use this app to organize and process my returns. We handle upwards to 20 to 30 returns/RMA/Customer Product Issues a day. This app helped our CS team a lot and cut down hours wasted on returns by a ton. Easy to setup. When we had issues with the application, reached out to support and got them fixed.
Before we started using Automated RMAs and Returns, our returns process was one that was very time consuming as we were using a spreadsheet to track our returns. With Automated RMAs and Returns, everything we did on a spreadsheet was put into an easy to navigate app that was not only easy for our employees to use but as well as our customers. Every time we were having trouble, Peter was able to assist us very quickly. Keep up the great work!
