“Referral marketing software” sounds like a mouthful, and possibly even more complex to operate. But that’s not the case with Referral Factory. In truth, it makes working with Excel pivot tables look like rocket science. From sign-up to creating and managing referral programs, you’ll find the entire experience not just easy, but fun. So far so good. Used Referral Factory to ask my customers to spread the word about my art - now i can connect it to shopify store to my Referral Factory referral program which makes life much easier. This referral tool is the easiest one i found to use, because without a developer i needed a 'drag and drop' type builder to make my referral program. This one has lots of customisation so your program call look and feel unique to your brand. The support team is responsive and helpful too. Overall good experience and i get a new customer to buy a painting through a referral so win!
