We are so thrilled we found the Puppet Vendors App. There was no other app on the market we could find that does everything that Puppet Vendors does. We needed something that would cater for a marketplace structure with multiple vendors. Puppet Vendors will help streamline notifying our Vendors when we receive an order through our online store whilst also managing the commission/payout process. There is so much else that this app offers. Martin is so helpful and really takes the time to explain the ins and outs of the app. He wants to make sure that the app is tailored to cover a range of different situations. We love that they are always trying to improve the app and are happy to customise features to suit individual business needs. We feel we hit the jackpot when we discovered this app!

We're still in the early stages of our e-commerce platform, so I can't give a detailed review of PuppetVendor yet. But so far, the app has been proving to be very helpful for us especially as a Marketplace. It helps us handle and manage the vendors we will have on our website and takes care of the systems (i.e. payouts) that would've been way more complicated had we done it manually.

Amazing app! It is exactly what I need to calculate the percentages that I owe my artists. We print art and pay the artists a percentage per painting. This app makes it so simple to calculate the percentages and to calculate the payouts. When I have questions, the support is amazing. I use it a lot to see reports of what sold too. Its super helpful.

Absolutely fantastic app! If you're looking to manage multiple vendors on your site this is easily the best option to go with, also allows you to move away from other marketplace apps while having one of the best app support teams I've come across! This is a hidden gem of an app. I'm using it to build a marketplace. It's simple to use, packed with all the core features that you need to manage multiple vendors and the support team are great at listening to requests and continuously improving the app. I cannot recommend this app and the team enough.

This app does what it promises, and the support is awesome, always available and very quick to help you set up. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic customer service. Always responsive to every message we send, and their team has an answer for every question we ask. The platform offers everything you need to start a multi-vendor marketplace. Their team is also always willing to make minor adjustments (if possible) to make the platform more seamlessly integrated with your services and branding. Better than all of the older, existing marketplace apps on the Shopify marketplace, with much more versatility to offer.

I've tested a few of these apps in the past and can safely say this app is the best and most affordable merchant portal app out at the moment on shopify. The great thing is the team are responsive and really do listen to the feedback we vendors offer. It seems they are constantly coming out with new features and improvements. This app is a gamechanger for my team. It allows us to provide reports to vendors and pay them 10x more efficiently. Martin and his team made a few custom changes for me within a week of my request. Overall exceptional experience.

Easy to set up and gets all the data I need to pay out my vendors. I look much more professional and save time - I used to just fill out a google spreadsheet. All of my orders didn't import at first but customer service (Martin) fixed that. Martin has been very responsive in answering all of my questions. I'm just hoping that continues beyond the free trial.
