So far so good! Great way to bundle my necklaces with a choice of chain Update: App works great. I have no complaints. Only thing on my "wish list" would be to add photos to the options. But for the price it can't be beat.

This app has been a life saver for our company. We have very specific products with a lot of personalization. Custom Product Options has given us the opportunity to positively communicate the needs of the shopper when they are trying to purchase. We would be lost without this APP. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I don't have much experience with the app performance yet. However, the customer support has been really great with very quick responses and solutions to my questions. This is the 4th app for personalization and it is also the best. It is easy to set up and convenient to use. It has taken a couple of hours to get the personalization added correctly to each of my products. Customer service is top notch.

This has proven the best program on shopify if you are a retailer with products that need many different kinds of options, some required, some optional, some text boxes needed for measurements, etc. The interface also makes it easy to attach more than 1 product to the set of options instead of having to edit each individual product. From a customer stand-point, the design and interface is easy to choose and see the added prices for different options, etc. Finally, their customer service has been a huge help! I had entered code incorrectly and they went in and made the fix for me for no charge. I highly recommend W3 as your options editor.

This app is not for the light-hearted however once you are able to complete the installation (reach out to customer support and they will be happy to help at least from my experience and somewhat understanding of coding implementation), get comfortable with how the conditional logic system works with your products on Shopify, this app can be worth the price it offers especially with the image customizer feature. Though there are certain features I do wish this app provided which is an ajax shopping cart functionality and the ability to have a type of iFrame window setup or something similar to work with Shopify rather than the need to use a non-Shopify website in order to use the iFrame “Show Popup Window With Info” function within the conditional logic setup. Overall it currently works with what is needed at the moment and one other suggestion I would have for W3trends would be to extend the 7-day free trial to 14 days to allow more time for potential customers to get a feel of the app features. Incredible custom service and awesome app! The customer service team replied and has helped within minutes of emailing. The app itself works amazing. We are just getting started and haven't full utilized all features yet but so far it is awesome.

This app is worth every penny. We've been using Custom Product Options for about 5 years and could not be more pleased. Every item we make is custom and requires a TON of information. Custom Production Options allows us to offer our customers convenient drop-down boxes, radio buttons, and text inputs where we need them. The conditional logic also allows us to ensure only the options needed are presented to the customer. Each time we've reached out to the developers for help, they responded quickly and we're very helpful. We're SO thankful for this app and the developers.

This app is super easy to use and gives us the means to further personalize items for our customers. It also lets us easily do adjustments across all the items faster than other similar apps I have used in the past. I am especially a fan of the conditional logic! Being able to hide or add other components only when needed keeps the look cleaner when not needed. Whenever I have had issues the customer service team has been quick to reply and help.

This app is wonderful & functions straight out of the box. It's resolved all of our "variant" / customisable product issues (an area where Shopify really lags behind) & even inspired us to add a few new products, just because we can (those conditional fields are so useful!) Brad, Jason and the support team really went above & beyond to help out with a (very specific) request we had for our store - added a minor code tweak for us & got it done within 24 hours. Amazing service. Cannot recommend this app enough.

Exactly what I was looking for without charging extra for each of the things I needed like conditional logic for my listings. I use a lot of customization in my pet items and needed something they could easily fill out in the listings without having to supply all the information in the notes on check-out. I had a little trouble as my theme didn't have all the coding but the guys helped me out immediately and with amazing customer service! Definitely will keep this one around for a long time! I have been using this app now for about a year and it is brilliant. I have an online only store for personalised baby gifts and I am able to tailor the personalisation options to my needs to easily, far better than previous apps I have used. The team is also super responsive and helpful with providing advice. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend the Custom Product Options app from W3 Trends. Been using this app for years...without the app we could not offer dog coats to our customers in all the colors and sizes we make. The Custom Product Options also lets us offer other dog coat options. Most importantly, we are able to require customers to provide detailed measurements that allow us to customize the fit of our dog coats to the unique physique of a customer's dog. Being able to duplicate and modify the field groups really saves time. From time to time, unusual situations have come up and I have received timely and helpful support!
