Essential app if you want to work with Swiss Post. It can be configured to suit the needs of each shop and you can automate the process of fullfillment through to the label printing. In addition, you have the option of creating additional tags in the order to track shipping and return tracking numbers. Highly recommended.

Mit einer Frankierlizenz der Swiss Post haben wir unseren Versandprozess mittels dieser App automatisiert - wenige Klicks und schon ist das Label generiert und ausgedruckt auf unserem "Zebra"-Drucker. Es funktioniert und hat mich total begeistert, wir haben so lange nach einer solchen Lösung gesucht. Die App informiert auch unsere Kunden via Shopify "Versandbestätigungsmail" - inkl. Trackingnummer. Spart richtig Aufwand!! Klasse, danke an den Erfinder der App.....

Tolle App! Hat alle Funktionalität, die ein "Startup" wie wir brauchen. Auch das "Onboarding" ist super einfach - ist die Frankierlizenz und das ID/Secret eintragen und kann es schon losgehen! Automatische Übermittlung des Versandstatus und der Tracking URL an meine Kunden - 1A! Das Design der App könnte noch verbessert werden - aber die Funktionalität ist genial. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Ein praktische App, um Zeit zu sparen und den Versand-Prozess zu optimieren. Wir haben vorher alle Adressen "von Hand" abgetippt und manuell frankiert. Mit dieser App ist die Frankierung mit wenigen Klicks erledigt.

We use this app to print out shipping and return labels for Swiss Post. We find it very convenient as you can automate all the steps of label generation and order fullfillment. The tracking number is shown on the order and you can also create a tag with the shipping and return tracking numbers. Top!

The app works ok. It could be way better though. The price is fair. I like the setting that lets you print different sizes in 1 page, that is cool. But I would really, really like an option to fullfill orders ONLY when they are posted at the office instead of when it is printed.

Great app! I had some issue in setting it up due to the Swiss Post complexities, but the customer service from the app supported me in every step! The app really simplifies the fulfilment and is fully integrated with the Swiss Post. I highly recommend it!

I am using the app for my newly setup online store and really like it. It is simple to setup, easy to understand and provides everything I need. I think the pricing is also really fair and there are various plans based on your volume, which is great. Also, great and very responsive support which makes it even better. We have been using this app to print SwissPost postage labels for several months now with great satisfaction. Fullfillment and printing of the label is done with one click. The tracking number is automatically updated in the customer's order. Top app!

We used to partner with a third party Swiss Post developer/app to fill and print our orders. When we contacted support to set up, we had to take the Swiss official app. I have to say your app is not as good. We were able to fill and print our orders from our order page, not having to jump back and forth from the app. The function to fill is not efficient. And it does not fill and send tracking on our shopify page so it is causing 5X the effort to use your services and causes more confusion.

We started using the app recently, and it really helped us impressively with our fulfilment, as all tasks can be done on all orders with 1 click in bulk. The support was reactive for the setup and is working on a new version coming next month with added features. First it validates the addresses so we don't have anymore returns due to misspelled addresses. Then it generates the tracking label with the possibility of adding our logo to it and it marks the order as fullfilled. A time saver for us and added value for our clients.
