I used netparcel on its own for a while before I figured out I could integrate it into shopify----OMG changed my life. Easily inputting the order number in and not having to go back and forth to fill in the info is unbelievably user friendly. The rates are the lowest I have ever seen and purolator shows up within a couple hours they are so fast. The system automatically fulfills back into Shopify so you don't need to go to the order and fulfill etc. It saves you a step.

We've been exclusively using netParcel for express shipping for 2 years now. We mainly use DHL to ship to UK and countries outside of USA and Canada. It takes some time to set the whole thing up, but a netParcel rep will promptly help you do it. Every time we had any issues, we were always able to reach them in a timely manner, or reach them by phone if its urgent. They haven't failed us and we'll continue to use their service in the future. netParcel has been a wonderful partner when it comes to shipping from my experience of working with them. This is a great supplement to your shipping needs when your orders are heavier or larger than the USPS flat rate boxes

We used NetParcel for years without knowing other shipping platforms were cheaper and have WAY more service. NetParcel never fix problems, never help you when you have lost packages or problems to fix. You ask for help weeks later and they ask you what is the problem again and again. They keep no records of problems they just wait that you abandon. Top management never call you back, or write you back like you are supposed to. And they are more expensive than others especially insurance, which they never give you anyway. They are making TONS of money and you have no benefits. Make yourself a favour and use other companies. I was supposed to get help from Spencer Arbuthot, he finally after MONTHS sent us an email listing like 3 or 4 problems we had, some of the worst but many many others we passed over because we are so busy, and they KNOW you are so busy with a business that you can't keep up so they drown you by dragging the problems. so this guy Spencer Arbuthot, a top manager supposedly, promised to fix those problems and it's been weeks and weeks, i sent multiple emails to ask if there was any update. ZERO response. They have no honour, they don't respect you because if they did they would at least reply to your emails...AT LEAST. We paid thousands of dollars more than we could of with other companies. We now use another platform, as soon as we set up an account manager called us. CALLED US to give us his number direct and email for any problems to fix right away. he told us our business is important to HIM because if we do good business they will do more. I had more service in ONE CALL with them than i had for years with NetParcel. ****oooooh yeah and i forgot to mention the MOST important part!! On top of being more expensive than others, they keep overcharging us and sending us extra charges so we never really know where we are standing in terms of prices/marging. We have been shipping for one month with the other company, and we had 3 invoices adjusted for about 50 cents each... My guess is that they put all this extra money in their pockets.

The functionality of this app is amazing! I love how it is integrated with my rekindleyourlife.ca Shopify and Etsy shop. Although It does operate outside of my shop. Shipping to the US is a very low cost for my packages and is extremely simple to navigate. Shipping within Canada is oddly more than other services I use and the UPS pickup charge deters me from using this service at times. Overall I am definitely happy with the service, products, and design of this app.
