We have been using Mule since Dec 2021. Shipping was always a real pain as we get orders from overseas as well. Arranging international shippings never be easy.. Mule made our shipping process so much easier and quicker. Tremendous changes since we started using Mule. You can save money and cost. Also, the cusotmers are happier. The customer service is always quick response which is rare in the UK. We were using a mobile app and manually put address etc, using Mule app which was still good for us. We now integrate with Shopify store and it is just excellent to arrange shippings. It is sad that some people rated Mule poorly here.. why don't you contact them if you have any problems. They will quickly response to you and try to solve your problem. We really appreciate your business and highly recommend it to any business struggling with shippings! Try and see!
Glad we found Mule when we started our business late last year. Other apps wanted huge monthly subscriptions which we didn't have the capacity for. Mule is free to use and a must for small (and large businesses). The web app which allows you to process your Shopify orders is a little buggy but they are constantly reviewing it and adding in new features and they are super helpful via the live chat if anything goes wrong! The mobile app is a lot more polished but doesn't allow you to process Shopufy orders unfortunately but is useful for one of labels.
I have been using mule for years, their recent shopify integration has made my life so much easier. Their shipping rates are the best in the game, and their support staff are the best I've ever experienced. I have recommended mule to all my friends with businesses, and they have all loved it too.
We've been using Mule for several months now for our DHL Express shipments and this has allowed us to make amazing savings (up to 50% in some cases). The team are all super friendly and knowledgeable, and always get back to us really quickly. I'd really recommend this company for anyone looking to streamline their shipping costs. Their customer service is great and I feel very well supported
WARNING - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. I just spent an hour installing it, testing it, and trying to fix the errors I saw when calculating shipping. I gave up and finally reached out to the customer support at Mule who told me they've shut down their service and will no longer be offering the ability to buy shipping labels. I have no idea what the point of this app is now, but it does not work, and don't waste your time trying to get it to do anything.
Very disappointed. Consistent undelivered parcels , which incur so called “return fees” which are often more than the cost of the actual product! A totally poor service with returns - countless parcels undelivered, which most couriers would refund cost of postage for, but not mule! They keep the money for a failed service, then get couriers to send returns back to them & then charge you “return” fees which don’t even match up to Hermes return costs! I was charged £8 to get a £4 face mask returned !! I find it totally inconsistent, unreliable and untrustworthy. Then to top it off , they store your card details which they use without your consent. They charged my card today , illegally for over £800, claiming we owe for packages that were not the imputed sizes! It’s worrying that they have the power to simply decide this & take the money without even consultation with us! They didn’t discuss this issue once , didn’t give me chance to dispute or resolve - instead went ahead took the money & then email me after the event! I have since reported this to the police as fraudulent & also have contacted my bank to dispute the money they took without my consent ! Make sure you don’t ever leave card details on the app, as they will simply take what they want when they want! This app is extremely glitchy!
Cannot get the app to install, it just spins. No error messages, no online help. Very annoying as it would make life simpler
I am really happy with this app. It's my go to app. The streamlined way of use is idiot proof. And convenient. Customer service are very thorough, and efficient.
Been using MULE for my business for a few months now with no issues whatsoever. One small incident with a missing parcel was quicky sorted out with a great level of customer service. Pricing is great and process is excellent (quick) Would be good to get one VAT invoice at the end of each month - i was told this was in process just havent yet checked if it is
Amazing! Didn’t think it could get much better than the IOS app mule have but this shopify app has made it even easier for me to fulfill orders ! My business wouldn’t be what it is today without Mule!
This app is not fit for purpose with many bugs in the interface, missing key order/shipping management features and insufficient inputs for successful overseas shipping. I sent a bag of EU parcels to test the service and was assured all measures were in place to ensure parcels from Northern Ireland did not have customs duties and taxes applied in the EU as is correct under the NI protocol and OSS VAT system. Twelve days after posting and only those parcels sent within Ireland have arrived, the rest either lost or having erroneous customs duties and taxes applied which our customers will need to pay to receive their order then appeal with their customs authority. I can't access key parcel information after shipping and Mule's own customer service have incorrectly insisted there should indeed be customs duties and taxes to the EU from NI. Very concerning that a UK shipping service would have such a lack of understanding of current customs arrangements.
