It was super easy to install, helps the customer get in touch with me easily. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. I'm looking forward to playing with all the other features this app has to offer!

/edit I will increase my rating since you changed your description and I even reinstalled but I still am not a fan because it doesn't alert me in any way when people message me. It shows up in messenger but there is absolutely no alert and it doesn't even show up as a new message,

WatsApp works well. But when the client opens Facebook messenger, the facebook messenger application does not open. The client can only communicate as a guest on facebook messenger.

The app is very well designed and easy to use; the team was incredibly helpful in helping us figure out a few things, A+ customer support.

With the free plan I am on, I have the Messenger Chat Widget that offers so much ease and convenience for both myself and my customers including those making general inquiries on all sort of different things. Unlike email, the great thing about Messenger is that none of your messages get sent to a Junk or Spam folder and so you don't miss out on anything. That how excited I am about Maxwell's service. The guy is polite too; fast in response and to crown it all, very professional. I will recommend this app to anyone looking for a great tool to promote their business.

I'm glad I found this app, I was looking for something to transfer clients to the chat, something simple to install and use. Previously, I had to manually add a client to WhatsApp or Viber, but now they writes me directly! Some of my clients already said that they like it! Having a free plan makes this app really best. I recommend it to everyone who wants to keep customers service on high level!)

Not many options for this service, so glad to see an awesome option like this. I was going to test a few more but am very happy with this option so far!

Is not fully free. Also you get added to the premium plan by default. When you click to ¨downgrade¨ your plan to the free tier, it's only a email link to write your request by email. I would not recommend this app. Also it's not free as it was listed. Trash EDIT: After posting the review the developer proceeded to harrass me via email about changing the review, citing how misleading people into the premium tier was a new "feature change" they had been "testing" and that they had changed back. On top of that, he proceeded to contact shopify complaining that since i used the word "trash" to refer to his app i had left an "angry review" which should be removed. I would stay as a far away as possible from this app and or developer.

I used this app to integrate a messaging option for my customers and it worked perfectly fine and easy. The customer support is brilliant, because the reply happened immediately with helpful information!

This app is truly unique and opens an entirely new avenue to market your products with a few clicks. The concept is really sound and the features are astounding. Whats even better than the app itself is the amazing support! I have had several email conversations with Asborn and his replies are almost instantaneous. Really awesome, thank you!

The app is the best of its kind. The paid version made my site perfect with a few dollars. It also doesn't slow down performance. Developers respond quickly and solve any problems! If I could I would put 1000 stars.

Bad experience. After completing setup a coupon code popup and an opt-in checkbox where added to my website and product pages without asking the permission: they are enabled by default just after installing. Really. Other than this the app is called Whatsapp + Messenger... while it is a Messenger app with Whatsapp beta functionalities and not completely developed. Three stars instead of one because the developer was fast in replying to my requests and complaints and the app dashboard is quite refined and functional.

I have been looking for a messenger app, and have previously been using one for chat and another one for messenger abandon cart messages. And then I found this app which have both! It is super! It is super easy to set up and looks professional (not spammy like some other popups do). And they have chat support which I LOVE!

I like the way they simplify everything for the customers, nice service and nice partners! 5 stars!!

So glad I found this app, after spending a significant amount of time reviewing other WhatsApp and Facebook messaging apps, browsing their sites and testing them out, it is great to find something so simple and effective. The backend is really straightforward to navigate and use. A great example of keeping the main thing the main thing and not overcomplicating it (like a lot of other apps). Look forward to seeing what Maxwell does next.
