WhatsApp Chat + Abandoned Cart App Reviews

Installed app tried to use abandonment cart sequence and connecting FB catalogue faced lot of technical issues but received zero support when tried to contact support what I received every time was support documentation and zero support on chat when asked got the rude answer that this is the way we work. Unlike other shopify apps where support is always excellent this was exception. Finally uninstalled the app and now looking for other options.

Support team of Interakt is very supportive. I personally like the main feature of abandon checkout. The automation & catalog features are great.

There is no need now for someone to pickup calls and answer for delivery & return related issues. The chatbot works like a dream & the support from the Interakt Team is just too good.

Hi how to integrate my existing interakt account to shopify. In shopify, once I have added the app, it is taking me to the connect page. After I login into my interackt account, there is nothing that happens. Just to update, the Interakt called me and resolved and this in no time. Thanks for the support Interakt.

Been having a really hard time in getting this app to work as per my requirements. Was promised a 14 day trial period out of which 7-8 days went by in simply getting the catalogs to sync and uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. I was promised credits to subscribe on a certain day but till date have received no update on it. After subscribing I realised Analytics for Abandoned Checkouts are incorrect and filters to the User List do not work effectively. Was told to re-upload User list to correctly map columns - tried doing that multiple times only to find the app hang. Tried re-installing the app and now my subscription stands cancelled. I have spent over 21 days and 15 USD only to have my subscription cancelled without sending even a SINGLE notification. A lot of difference in the enthusiasm and outlook of the team towards customer issues before and after subscribing to the app.

interakt is the best app for WhatsApp marketing. the integration with Shopify store is seamless. the catalogue feature is very helpful customers can easily scroll thru all the products.

In spite of subscribing this app no proper customer service from their end, when asked for call back they are denying it but got calls before subscription.

worst app I used in my 15 years of online selling experience... No support.they really destroy your online business.

The app isn't evening opening up. it shows JSON coding type page which says result false message "['Company name is already taken']"
