Leanafy provides Shopify store owners the power to manage their orders and fast track their fulfillment when their inventory is managed by a 3PL partner.

1. Register your Shopify shop name with your warehouse: Reach out to your warehouse partner operating on Leanafy and ask them to register your Shopify store name with your client information. So when you install Leanafy on your Shopify store we will do all the necessary linking with your warehouse automatically for you. You will be able to start forwarding your order to your warehouse partner in seconds.

2. You have Leanafy credentials given by your warehouse partner: If you already have your client credential given by your warehouse partner, you can use it to link your store with your warehouse.

1. Confirming your Shopify orders: When you open your Leanafy app, you will see all your new Shopify orders under the "Unconfirmed" tab. Select those orders you want the warehouse to fulfill and click on the confirmed tab on top. We will take order information and forward it to the warehouse instantly.

2. Track order fulfillment journey in real-time: We will keep you updated on your order fulfillment status. We will inform you when your order is picked-packed and shipped. This will provide you with greater transparency and insights into how your warehouse partner is fulfilling your requests.
