Kustomer has been a great solution for our team. With its integration with Shopify, we can easily see customer's order history and it allows us to provide more personalized service. It also allows for our agents to save time by not having to shuffling through tabs to pull up order history.
We chose Kustomer because it allowed us to centralize our team within a customizable environment. With their AI features, continuous product improvements and the team that is like family, Kustomer has checked every box.

After using Zendesk for a few years it became obvious that our CS Team needed a better solution. We did quite a bit of research with various platforms and were really impressed by Kustomer and it made it an easy choice for us! This is definitely a customer focused platform that offers a lot of flexibility for any organization's needs. I would definitely recommend them!
I've been using Kustomer for over 2 years, and I can definitely say that no other HelpDesk measures up to its reporting system. It has such in-depth reporting, and I love how many different metrics I can track. I love the contact category settings, and how precise you have to be to close a ticket, escalate or report. I'd love to see an integrated phone in the future!
We've had the Kustomer + Shopify integration since day 1. Out of the box, it's incredibly helpful to be able to see customer communication and Shopify order information all in one timeline for each customer. We've also done a number of other integrations with Kustomer with our own platforms and leveraged the Shopify data there as well, as it's allowed us to be able to deliver unique customer experiences. You need eng resources to implement, but love the flexibility and customizable environment that Kustomer provides.
We love the shopify integration in kustomer! It really helps our agents help customers faster with orders and be able to process quick actions like refunds. The enhancements made have really helped!
We've tried other platforms, but honestly, Kustomer is the best. We love how it's customer-focused, rather than ticket-focused, so reps can easily see every order and every interaction we've had with a customer (including chat, DM's from social media, phone calls, SMS, etc.) This helps us easily close out duplicate tickets and allows the customer to deal with one rep throughout the whole process. Support is awesome and helpful and the integrated Knowledge Base (internal and external) helps customers help themselves. We also love the easy-to-set-up chatbots!
The Shopify Kustomer app is really great. It's lets us see a fuller view of client activity within Kustomer, and lets employees who don't have full Shopify access see that order information and process returns as needed.
Kustomer makes it super easy to see orders from someone who emails or calls us, and even edit/refund/change the orders within the interface so we don't need interrupt our workflow and leave the tool to accomplish something. They're consistently improving it as well.
Killer app - amazing integration that make supporting Shopify customers FAR easier than any other support tools.
It is great to be able to see our store order information directly in our customer service platform. We're able to answer questions faster, and with less cross-communication. Our customer support team has all the answers to store questions without having to log into Shopify directly.
We have been using the Shopify integration into Kustomer for quite sometime now, and its made things so much easier. Shopify being such a heavy site can be very taxing on the computers we use. With the integration into Kustomer, its allowed us to minimize the amount of tabs running at once keeping our machines running well. The speed at which we see the information is also great, no need to wait for long load times.
