Over the last few yers we have been using BOLD custom pricing for our retail channel partners to check out. This has worked well but at a huge price! Konigle has now been fully implemented and has completely replaced BOLD for a quarter of the price. Added to this, Konigle has so many other amazing functions that help us track customers, create pricing rules, manage our re-ordering and more. Great app - it's a tool everyone should have.

Quick way to edit prices, great for stores with big number of items. In our case we could not run promotions effectively w/o this app.

I sincerely love it! It is the most intuitive tool and very well thought out since it has a filter that considers SKUs, variants, and more. I updated the price of over 3000 products with more than 10 variants each, in less than 10 minutes. Also, as a new store, I really appreciate that they wait until you make $1000 to charge you. It definitely helps scale our business without having to worry about massive initial costs. Very recommended.

This app saves a ton of time on all things pricing, markdowns, inventory and receiving and has a lot of features that I haven't seen on any other similar apps. I do think the app needs a bit of work on the interface design and language to improve the user experience.

I downloaded this app mainly to stop the price fluctuations I was experiencing and having to constantly monitor pricing. With Konigle my prices haven't moved. I have contacted the support staff who were polite and helpful too.

I was using some other application for chat purposes, but it wasn't working best for me. It got too complicated towards the end. Then I found this same widget and it took me around 5 min to figure and set up my widget! Till now works best!

The most important pain point they solve for me is syncing inventory and products between my store and my suppliers. It saves me hours of manual work and ensures I'm providing great service to both my customers and suppliers. Their app also offers many more services such as customer management, product data, and affiliates (just to name a few), which I don't currently require but may utilize in the future, however, I can imagine it's super helpful for other store owners.
