Do not trust JD.COM JD.COM refused to pay me for all the orders delivered since May 2022 after approving the seller account and providing orders for me to deliver. I am now being owed about two thousand dollars and a single dime has not been paid to date. This behavior is highly unacceptable, and all sellers should beware ofJD.COM Joy takes days to respond to issues while Zachary plays hide and seek. I have been communicating about my payment for delivered orders which has not been resolved since end of May 2022. Their payment system from Hong Kong fails to recognize standard bank account numbers (14 or 15 digits) and they are inflexible to use other methods of payment like Payoneer or PayPal which is a lot easier and faster. All new sellers, please test their payment for one delivered order before you do a whole lot of selling with JD.COM It is eight months JD.COM is owing me and has refused to pay up. JD.COM cannot be trusted to fulfill their own end of the bargain. Beware!!!

We were offered to participate in the JD marketplace which we were not aware of until they reached out to us. The integration between shinyleaf.com and the app itself was not perfect but the JD team was very helpful and engaging. After the integration was complete, the JD team kept optimizing and working to show results. The first sale came shortly after the integration was completed. We would definitely recommend the JD marketplace and app.
Entering a competitive and lucrative market like China can be overwhelming and certainly not a "walk in the park". However, working with the JD team quickly put our minds at ease! From the moment we partnered with them till now, they have been nothing short of incredible with open and constant communication, support from their development team abroad and domestically, and quick resolution times. The level of service we've received from JD rivals that of other very large US marketplaces (won't name them here), and we could not be happier with the results thus far! Go JD!
Alexis and the JD Onboarding Team have been a great help getting the Spruce Camp Provisions store up and running. YouTube tutorials, video seminars, support emails and individual Zoom calls have all been efficient and helpful tools to navigate our new Chinese product listings and customs filings.
What a great opportunity to enter one of the world's largest markets. The JD/Shopify integration is a must-try for any brand looking for a relatively seamless way to gain access to China. The JD team bends over backwards to help and will only get better over time. I strongly recommend onboarding now with JD/Shopify if you have the chance.
Having navigated various international partnerships; my experience with JD Marketplace has been wonderful. The most important quality is not the ease of procedures as there will always be challenges. The most important quality is the immediate access and quick response and patience from JD to help solve the problems that will arise which is normal on any platform.
Excellent on-boarding by Alexis and the JD team. Selling in a marketplace in China is not the easiest. But this app has made it very streamlined. Just make sure your documents are in order. Thats all it takes!
