Was using it in hello for many times but now the service which has become the most rubbish then definitely check it once before using and one special thing if you like 35% to 40% RTO chargeable then its In RTO category they give double return and if you don't hear many excuses in giving refund due to lost parcel then you can definitely go with it otherwise use someone else and don't join with it These parcels will tell you any technical excuse after the miss and tell you that it is your fault. Pre-paid parcels will also be returned In many places you will send parcel then your customer will have to go to pick up 10 KM away and they will not do door step delivery and special thing these people will not tell you in advance otherwise your parcel will be returned and you have to pay for it too Even when a shipping company does not deliver on any pincode, these people take the parcel and do RTO and keep taking money from you. When a company picks up your parcel and your parcel will remain at its warehouse for 10 days, it will not start shipping if your customer's delivery lasts for 25 days, then the app will use it and for this these people are not responsible After special 3 days there is no responsibility for your parcel, they should not be lost and show the delivery but the customer did not get any such reason, it is your responsibility. This is the experience after working with them, please ask them these questions before starting work.

As earlier I was using some other platform for shipping my products but faced so many problems regarding weight escalation and NDR reports which are actually very frustrating for all the eCommerce sellers. So now iThink logistics is a great platform that reduces my processing time for undelivered orders and gives me proper NDR reports With an automated process flow and also reduces RTO.

the executives aren't helpful at all . If any of your shipments gets lost or you receive incorrect items , They will not help . Rather the account manager (Sejal) would say ' we aren't going to take any loss on the same ' . They would even blame the seller only by stating ' you must have ordered the wrong items from somwhere . Seems like they are getting the claims from courier company but won't refund the seller.

HONESTLY ITS COMPLETE SCAM! For 300gm they charge you Rs 122 doesnt matter which zone on an average there is too much of weight discrepancy, there is no customer support whatsoever, they allot an account manager but in reality he doesn't have any knowledge they keep diverting to each other and will ask you to email , which again they keep forwarding to each other in any dispute , there are multiple other option if you really want to save your money then you should like for more established providers then these newbies who are trying to scam businesses.

They have given us a key account manager. He is pretty skilled and can quickly resolve our queries. We are not left unheard.They are always happy to help us thanks to Bhumika and Team for your support.
