So far is a good complement to Google in-page analytics, especially for a visually oriented site like ours. The pricing could be a bit cheaper given our traffic and growth, but we suspect we will continue to use. Sometimes, like most heatmaps and in-page visual analytics, the data is not entirely complete (e.g., our nav bar appears wonky in the visuals).

LOVE this app. I finally got to see some of the hangups of my site to make it more user friendly for my customers. I learned that just because something works for me doesn't mean that it works for my customer base.

The data that our shop has gained from this app in only the first few days is outstanding. Knowing how our customers interact with our site allows us to make appropriate changes to increase the user experience and thus - increase conversions. Great app, highly recommended.

it wont load and on the od time it does its really slow then times out

Awful experience. The app doesn't work. It doesn't track visitors properly. The image of their screen doesn't render properly and had extremely slow server response. Contacted support and I know they logged in and had a look because I found them in my referrer logs but no reply and no fix. I gave them chance to make it right but as there was no free trial, looks like I've wasted my money on this. Uninstalling it. Avoid!

The apps doesn't load any data. i have recordings in there but no data to display. must be a broken app. don't waist your time. there are other "heatmap" apps out there

Great service, really gave us insights into what our visitors were clicking on, hovering over, and steering clear of. All tools provided by the Hindsight App were very helpful. If you want to see how visitors are interacting with your site I would recommend checking this app out.

Works great and gives you genuinely useful info. Few teething problems to start with but the support is excellent and very fast.

No trial. Had the app for less than 24 hours and was already charged a full month before there was even one recording.

What an awesome tool! This app really helped us understand exactly what was working, and more importantly, what wasn't. Massive improvements made on conversion rate, based on the data gleamed. Could not highly recommend enough!

Tried this for a month. When we needed support it took days to get a response from someone in Europe. They made mistakes with our IP and it cost us recording tokens and they said they would give us more but didn't. We decided to switch to a new app. Lucky Orange has more features, better onboarding, daily/weekly performance reports, live phone support, half the price, 2.5x the number of recordings.

This is a fantastic app, it will really help us learn about our customers and develop our website accordingly. Good work!

Very Good idea, Helps you see what customers are looking for, and what changes can be made to the website to help increase sales to our store.

Incredible app. Very straightforward and easy to use, yet powerful insights that make a huge difference. This gives the data needed to know what changes to make to increase conversion. We've used it to determine what people were most interested in and have found that some of the things we gave prime real estate on the website and home page were not as important to conversion than other pieces which we'd left mostly out of the picture. Not to mention it's incredibly insightful to watch someone going through the website. It gives you a new perspective and you come away with notes on what could be improved.
