Setting shipping options for your shopper's checkout can be a complex and hard task.

We're here to help.

  • Define rules based on shopping cart value, weight of products in the cart or mark up your own courier rates
  • Apply surcharges for residential or outer area (rural) deliveries
  • Offer multiple shipping options to your customers

We take care of managing the shipping zones for you. You simply select the zone and set your rules.

After installing this app, you will be able to enable Carrier and App Rates for your checkout workflow. This can be used to complement your existing shipping matrix or replace it. The options provided will be address validated, giving you the benefit to apply additional delivery charges where applicable.

To manage these Shipping Options, you will also get access to the management screen on GoSweetSpot.

App notes:

  • Carrier Calculated Shipping must be enabled on your Shopify plan.
  • Shopify calculate third party app rates based on each shipping location so if you have multiple shipping locations, the app may not give you the expected result. You can learn more about this on our help centre.

It needs work and when I mean work, it needs a complete overhaul. I am totally over your services. I have been an account customer of Post Haste for over 3 years and used you for my company for nearly 8, I am close to changing couriers. This app, yes it may be new but what is the point of rolling an app out when there are so many issues, the main one being a customer can just enter a different postcode or suburb and they get standard shipping yet they live in a rural location. This is the one thing I wanted to work and it doesn't. Nearly a 20% failure rate on addresses after 4 days of running is rubbish and a totally deserving of a 1 star rating. I will also add this to your response. Yes, I have not contacted you back in regard to the addresses that are incorrect. The reason being is I am sick of wasting my time with you, the count is at 16 now. Two years ago, I contacted my account manager regarding a sub division in Tauranga, it was a subdivision that was built in 2015. I phoned the local depot and they confirmed it was residential but GoSweetSpot came up as rural delivery. I asked them to rectify this, it wasn't. I bought it up 3 months later and again it was forwarded to GoSweetSpot AGAIN by my account manager and still nothing. I have since raised this twice with my account manager to contact you and get it rectified, still nothing. Tipo Lane, Papamoa Beach, the whole area not just this street is STILL rural and it is residential. Obviously too much work fixing it hey! and we wont worry about all the customers that have paid for a service that is incorrect and overcharging them $5 every time. Check the whole area, it is wrong and has been since it was built. You can confirm this with Tauranga, I can also provide the emails to and from my account manager too. Or are you going to blame this on Post Haste and not yourselves? If I have the time to look harder, I am sure there is a CC'd email with your departments email on but there is really no point in wasting my time when it does not get fixed. This is why I have not contacted you and poor, truthful feedback is all you deserve. What Post Haste and you guys do not have to deal with is our upset customers. We are apologising to our customers from the lack of response from you guys and then you get very defensive when we complain. I see you have been monitoring my account, yes again I am still using this app as I have paid $519NZD to Shopify to use this app on my website for this month. Also, using the other system is worse than this shower so not much of a choice really! As I ship a lot of dangerous goods, I am stuck using this service. I would have left last year if it was straightforward. Rather than monitoring my account, you may find it more productive focussing your work on rectifying issues on the app where we need a stable system than trying to prove a point. You may feel as though you have fixed it, I can assure you there are still issues with this. I agree the app is new, but testing it thoroughly before release would be prudent. When I have to use another address checking app made by NZ Post to stop a customer from overriding the system, there are issues wouldn't you agree? You can check my website to see this. At least I have stopped this issue my end as I do not have time to wait two years for this to be fixed. I will withdraw my comment about Post Haste as you made it quite clear you are seperate from the company that you work for, but this still does not work correctly and my comments stand. Why have a system that is different from the booking system because it is as the addresses do not correspond and if they are supposed to, well It needs more testing before release. You also mentioned about paying for a plan through you guys to use on my website, to eliminate Shopify's charges. I will happily do this when you fix the app. I am not paying for an app that is not fit for purpose. The one job it has it cannot do it correctly and completely deserving of a 1 star. Oh, just had another one. She was charged through this app as residential in Ashhurst yet it came up on rural when booked, yes you have really done a great job fixing it. It is rural on the booking system and residential on this app. Also, as another piece of feedback on the app which should be mentioned. It is very easy to wipe all your shipping information off of our website when you need to make a change. As soon as you go into it, all the shipping options disappear and you need to put it back on your website. Having a test area to check the shipping options work correctly first would be very helpful.
