We have a few Shopfiy stores installed and have been using this app to handle customer returns and exchanges. We can customise the return page and setup proper return rules for different stores.

I have been finding the perfect return app that suits my small business yet does not charge expensive monthly fee. FlexReturn app just fits most of my requirements but with way cheaper fee. I like the way that this app has paid great attention to small business like mine.

This app offers lots useful features that I have been needing for my store, such as customisable return page, and generating label via ShipStation, customisable emails. While with all these features, the app keeps the pages clean and organised to use.

I use this app to deal with returns, its simple and very efficient . The clean dashboard with charts and small summary blocks gives us a overall view of what is happening to the returns

The app is an awesome choice with such budget price that enable our store to handle multiple return and exchange policies . Their customer support is patient to help us address our problems.

I asked if Swedish was an available language and got the answer yes, but when I installed the app the translation into Swedish was extremely poor with at least 50% of the translations being totally wrong. I could enter my own translations but this takes time and when I finally did not all of them was even showing front-end. I contacted customer service but got no help. Also the app had other bugs such as showing AUD instead of SEK all of a sudden. Maybe the app would perform if all the language issues / bugs would have been solved however I lost my patience after almost 3 weeks of trying to get help.

What an efficient app. I like it because it just makes anything easy to use, nothing is overwhelming complicated, especially customer returns need to be handled quickly to ensure regular customers.

Performs very well and it is worth our budget. In the past, we have spent much more budget on more expensive apps but it only provide a few of the features as this current app. I like the way that it gets the job done well but just costs less budget.
