This app is meant for current customers of Finch. Finch helps eCommerce companies grow their business and improve their online marketing using our SaaS platform and our talented, knowledgeable specialists.

This app integrates your Shopify store's order data with the Finch platform. This allows you to see aggregated order and revenue data from your Shopify store right alongside your marketing performance data in our Insights reporting. In this way, you can more easily see how your online marketing has affected all sales.

Finch only downloads summary information about your orders, such as the sale amount, discounts, tax, shipping, and return amounts. Finch does not download any customer data.

After installing the app, Finch will download the last 180 days of orders to show in our dashboard, and then continue to download ongoing sales information daily. You can contact your Finch customer service representative if you want to download sales information older than 180 days before installing the app.
