This app allows merchants to seemlessly integrate climate responsibility and customer loyalty. Planet Loyalty is for merchants who wish to take action and compensate for their impact on the planet.

By using Planet Loyalty, merchants are committing to being financially responsible for the carbon footprint of the products they sell. Additional charges will apply accordingly. Planet Loyalty currently requires merchants to accept EUR (€), but will expand to other currencies in future versions.

Planet Loyalty uses the Åland Index to calculate carbon footprints and offsetting amounts. Offsetting is done by compensating to UNFCCC gold standard certified offsetting projects.
