Disputifier is the missing piece when scaling that we overlooked for so long. Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours. Plus an amazing support team that is very helpful. We've been winning more chargebacks, and overall were happy with Disputifier. I'd pick it over other fraud/chargeback softwares. I'd DEFINTELY pick it over not using any software for fraud/chargeback at all (relying on Shopify's default fraud detection).

Had a great experience so far. Their responses are fairly customized and don't seem computer-generated. Kinda wish that it worked with PayPal and other payment providers but for the price I definitely can't complain.

This app should have been made years ago..the total response time for our chargebacks is 1/10 of what it was. it automates tracking screenshots and supporting docs, plus the text response.
