Bulk fulfillment

Store tracking information without opening or fulfilling an order. Paste your tracking code directly into the order list and details are stored until you are ready to fulfill. Bulk fulfill your orders when you are ready.

Order workflow

Keep track of where your orders are up to. Orders are grouped under customizable tabs for easy tracking. Custom tags are applied to orders for each steps so you can search orders through the admin orders page.

Our real-time technology means there is no need to refresh your page to see new orders.

Tracking code detection

Tailored tracking code detection will detect tracking codes and auto generate your shipping company and tracking URL. We tailor custom pattern matching for your shipping companies and labels.

Order apps

You can still access the apps listed under your "Actions" menu on the orders page. Apply the same bulk actions you do on the orders page without leaving Dispatch Center. Each app requires minor setup then you are good to go.

Info tags

See important information tags from an order or it's customer. Tags that have a customizable prefix will be displayed in the order list as info tags.

Risk view

Never ship a high risk order again. Dispatch Center will attempt to retrieve your order's risk information and display it in the order list. Instantly see an order's risk profile without needing to open it.

The app helps us send shipping confirmations with the name and link of costumer's country's postal service. For example, if costumer is living in Russia, you can send you shipping confirmation with the name and link of Russia Post. This helps costumers see who will deliver their package. You can't do this on Shopify's fulfillment page.
