I feel bad to put a 2 stars review as the support is very reactive and is trying their best to help you. But the product itself was just built totally the wrong way. It's ultra complicated to use, I've been using several export tools already and the logic behind this app is just a nightmare to understand. It made me lost few hours, I need now to find an alternative. They told me they will make a big update soon as they received other similar feedbacks. Therefore this review might not be relevant in the next few months.

Since we started work with Shopify we have struggled with reports that can achieve what we need. I have tried several apps and DATA EXPORT is brilliant. Their team is incredibly responsive to any queries and even created custom columns on our reports so we no longer have to combine multiple reports. Love it!

Really great product and provides a lot of flexibility in pulling specific data that you need to make actionable business decisions. Their customer service is best in class too, they respond immediately and solved all my issues within 15 minutes, HIGHLY recommended!

brilliant app, I use it to generate monthly gross profit reports. I struggled to workout how to get the GP to calculate, the guys on the chat box sorted it all out for me. Fantastic support! thank you.

Live Chat support is really good. Intuitive and easy to use. Only improvement would be to have a direct feed to SQL

Although the app is a bit complex to get by, its served by an incredible support. And it does what it says - I can get export of data for a cheaper price than Shopify Premium with this app. 5 stars to that.

Wow Wow Wow!! This app is Amazeballs!!! There are like a ton of fields from which all the data fields that you need can be put in the reports and then there is calculated fields, static ones, even the formatting of data. And on top of it, the NO Nonsense incredible super quick support provided by Subash tops it all. The support is just helping me with everything that I need in the report even though I did not pay a dime yet.

This is a great app that offered various features and details that I could not find in other apps. It also provides reliable live support.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app - if you are having any issues with reporting in native Shopify you should check this app out. ANY data point that touches Shopify can be put into a report. It can be a bit daunting to create the reports yourself or alter the 100's of pre-made reports -however, their customer support is incredible! Twice now I have used their chat support and they build the custom reports for us instantly and walk you though how they do it. Cant tell you how detailed and specific you can get with these reports. so unbelievably helpful !~
