Great Tech Support. I needed a simple report that Shopify does not offer in their reporting (anyone surprised?). Installed the app needed a tweak to a report and they did it for me within a few hours.

Good thus far. We found Shopify's own reporting for the PRO plan quite lacking but Report Pundit appears to have what we need(although we still need to figure out why Shopify itself doesn't have a featre to distinguish between AMEX and other card payments). We had an issue pulling through the data for card payments so contacted Report Pundit's customer support and they sorted it right away. Very helpful.

Shawn was amazing!! I needed a report that consisted of total deposit with the deposits for each day broken down for an entire month, what a time saver, well worth the monthly fees!! Great customer service!
