it helped me quickly create a form This app is really user friendly, which is a must for a novice site editor.

I used this app to create some customization for my laser engraved products. Was able to create several fields at checkout to create a better transaction with the information I needed to complete their custom work which created less back and forth with customer after the sale

I need to include some custom fields in the cart, this app is awesome, intuitive, easy to use... 5 minutes and done!

I've just downloaded this app so that my customers could select multple delivery times to receive their orders. So far so good. Seems quite easy to use. I just wish that the information would be added to the order confirmation email from Shopify.

A bit expensive but it allows me to add custom fields to the default pages rather than creating an entirely new form. I'm with this app.

The app failed to connect. Frustrated. Wish that the app is up and running as soon as possible. Please help to make this happen. Tq.

Just what I needed to add more fields in the cart page that used to take up a lot of our time. As the set-up of our delivery is quite different we need this extra steps but also need to make it efficient. This app did this.

I love this app because it allows me to customize my checkout screen. It also allows me to collect birthdays for promotions.

Very good App to track where customers come from. Had a few issues due to a new Shopify Template ( not teh Apps issue). They contacted the Theme developer and fixed the issue quickly. Thank you secomapp.

After lots, and I mean Lots! of searching for an app that would allow specific text fields to be completed by the customer, I found and absolutely LOVE “Customer Attribute” the app works perfectly!!! Support is fantastic, prompt and very helpful, I can’t rate it highly enough. A BIG Thanks to all the team at Secomapp, my store definitely wouldn’t be anywhere near as functional without you.
