ARCS Send Invoice for Payment App Reviews

With advancement in technology there is manifold increase in e-commerce transaction and with that online presence is must for every business whatever be the size.

Most of e-commerce stores focus on capturing payment at time of order. There are certain situations where special ordering is needed or modifications are made and it result into additional charges. Send Invoice for Payment app addresses those situations, allow store owners to create order and provide functionality to send invoice to customer to review and pay those invoices. All payments are captured via Shopify Payments.

App Features

1. Dashboard page shows top metrics with one click access to invoices. This page shows widgets with information about total customers, invoices paid and invoices that are outstanding.

2. Invoice list page display all invoices with option to quickly sort invoices based on payment status. Users can also search entire list of invoices based on all of displayed information. User also have functionality to export list of invoices.

3. Simplified interface to send invoices in few clicks. To send invoice user search and select customer and then select order for that customer and final step is to send invoice. User can cancel invoices that are not paid.

4. Email template editing using editor to allow user to customize content of emails. Different type of emails can be configured. User can define content for invoice email that is sent to customer as well as emails notifying if payment is successful or failed.

5. User can also customize starting invoice in app from settings page.
