With the Aramex Infor App, you are directly integrated with Aramex’s WMS (Warehouse Management System). In a few easy steps, you can power up your store to submit order fulfillment requests to Aramex WMS. This serves the need of customers who have the fulfillment arrangement with Aramex, by enabling them to request the fulfillment of their order deliveries directly from their Store. This app acts as a gateway between the customer store and the Aramex Infor Warehouse Management System.

Here are the some of the things you can do with the App:

• Submit order processing requests to Aramex WMS directly from your store. All the order details are passed seamlessly, without you requiring to enter any of the information. The app can fetch the item details along with the customer delivery address from the store and request SO to the WMS.
• Retrieve the SO (shipping order) number upon submission.
• Track the progress over the status of the Order within the App interface by using synchronize option.
• Retrieve the Shipment Label number when the shipment is created from the Warehouse end. (ready for the delivery).

Pre-requisites:

• The customer has their stocks moved to the Aramex fulfillment center.
• Customers using the same SKUs as in the Aramex fulfillment center.
• Customers should get the credentials for this app from their respective account manager covering Username, Password, Facility, and StorerKey. But you can still install the app.
