Customers might have moved to a new address due to life circumstances before your products are shipped out, or they could have just entered the wrong address mistakenly, or simply selected the wrong auto fill, and they will contact your customer support to request shipping address amendment and each support might take quite some time to respond back and take at least 10 minutes back and forth to edit, which could be spent on supporting another customer and earn more revenue! Or worse, the customer didn't contact support in time, and the package has been already shipped to the old address!

Address Edit Helper app allows customer to easily update their shipping address, they can update their address in the order confirmation / thank you page. And you can also optionally insert link in the order details page or order confirmation email which redirect the customer to the order confirmation page to update shipping address.

• Disable editing on certain shipping field such as country, states, etc which might increase shipping costs
• Limit when a shipping address can be edited (eg: can only edit up to 24 hours after placing order, or before the next fulfillment time, which you can set)
• Use tags to restrict which orders or order containing certain product to not be able to be updated
• Use tags to whitelist, only allow certain order (eg: preorder which takes a while to fulfill) to be able to updated
