Jadda. Bedre å bruke tannkosten uten appen. Appen vet ikke helt hvilke tenner du pusser og deaktiverer varsling om tidsbruk mellom områdene som skal pusses.

Veldig bra. Før i tiden var jeg veldig redd for å få hull i tennene, men da jeg fikk denne tannbørsten følte jeg meg mye tryggere. Tennene mine er nå rene og pene, og denne tannbørsten (med appen så klart) anbefales sterkt. 10/10

Mye potensiale. En app med mye potensiale, men enda flere irriterende «bugs». Om du pauser pusseøkten, så lagrer den seg, uten mulighet til å gjøre om/redigere eller slette økten. Skal du så fortsette å ta resten, lagrer den begge som uavhengige økter og poengene blir feil. Når en del av appen er å få mest mulig poeng, blir dette veldig irriterende. Posisjonering i munnen er tidvis også ganske feilvisende og lar seg ikke ordne uten å starte ny økt, som igjen gir feil på poeng scoren.

User5381. This app has amazing potential, but when tracker doesn’t work it is quit useless.

A. AI tracking of the teeth is not correct at all. It shows top center when Im at the bottom right and so on. I know I am covering every part of the teeth the same. I give all the 16 zones 10 seconds each and done so the last 15years. But the app says that I only covered 75% of my teeth. There is definitely room for improvement.

Slow not finished app. The app is not working well, it communication with the brush is not accurate (when brushing). To Oral B: Please do spend some time the upgrade the app. For people considering to buy: wait or do choose Philips instead -given the premium price it cost with lack of value. Conclusion: Premium price with lack of value......

Linda. Appen virket bra i starten, men så har den begynt å rote. Viser ikke riktig pussetid eller pusse-dekning (mye mindre enn virkeligheten). Nå ser det ut som jeg pusser skikkelig dårlig. Lett irriterende må jeg si.

Brush modes disappear. iO9. When app is open, all brush modes disappear apart from daily clean. Have to reset brush to get all modes back. If the app is opened after resetting the brush, only daily clean remains.

Great functions but don’t work accurately. The app often mistakes the areas being brushed and would track brushing coverage wrongly since it counts time spent on one area instead of another, so the coverage stats aren’t really useful due to this gap.

Not for everyone!. Nice, motivating app. I still miss a few things. Should be able to order different brushes in the app, and also get a Subscription for new brushes. You would make a lot of monet on this. Also, I should be able to start the toothbrush with the app. Third, and most important, the program is based on people with all the teeth intact. We should be able to remove missing teeth from the app. This way, the time calculation will be more correct, and the simulation on the screen would also make more sense. It should be described better how to brush the tongue. Also, I really don’t understand the differences between the programs on the brush… Feel free to send me some gifts for my tips, that will make you even richer😉😅 -Eivind M. Tollefsen.

Fantastisk tannbørste, elendig app. Fantastisk tannbørste, men tilhørende app holder ikke mål. Registrerer overhode ikke hvor det børstes, og en ender opp å bruke ekstra tid for å få godkjent børste programmet. Trist egentlig da konsepter er supert!

Virker!. Ved sist besøk hos tannlegen fikk jeg tilbakemelding om at han ikke behøvde å pusse plakk! Appen fungerer fint hos meg. Skulle gjerne sett at noen lekte litt mer med registrerer data!

Trenger veldig en oppdatering.. Klarer ikke å «scanne» tennene venstre side nede, så der får jeg hele tiden beskjed om at jeg ikke pusser. Appen bør oppdateres oftere enn 1 gang i året. Vurderer å slette den, da den ikke virker som den burde.

Bug in Apple Health integration. The app records the duration of the brushing and stores it in Apple Health. The problem is that the date that is recorded is Jan 1st 2000, and the duration is 0 seconds. Please fix this! Update: This was only a problem with my first brush session, so it works as expected now! 😄

Fix dette!. Jeg børsta tenna mine for 2 min men det sto at Jeg hadde gjort det for 58 sek. Det skjedde 2 ganger nå

Oral B tannbørste. Artig og kunne følge med på tannpussen underveis og se når man skal være ferdig 😊

Multiuser support. The app is fine, especially like the live zone tracking. What I’m missing is a decent multi-user support since I share the handle with my partner. Something like log who was it based on which phone is closer in range. I tend to have phone with me, and I don’t want to open app every time I brush teeth (which I don’t)

Brush is useless without this app. No auto off feature for brush, the brush also dies instantly without any warnings of low battery. The battery reading is also very inaccurate, it will drop from 20-0% in an instant. The brush is completely dependent on the app, I don't want to have my phone open every time I use the brush.

Mosa. Hei har ikke brukt Oral-B lenge men er ekstremt fornøyd recomeder alle som har dårlig tenner.

Dobbel registrering. Jeg hadde lyst på den Oral-b io9 s tannbørste lenge og endelig fikk tak i det :) har bare brukt i 2 dager foreløpig men merker at den registrerer dobbelt innimellom. En guided og en uten guide mens jeg har brukt appen :) ville vært greit å få slettet seissions som er dobbelt registrerte. Tannbørste er superbra! Merker forskjell allerede :) byttet fra en "gammel" Oral-b elektrisk tannbørste

fungerer ikke. appen fungerer ikke, den driver å sier at jeg pusser på høyre siden når jeg pusser på venstre, oppe når jeg pusser nede, osv. gjør at jeg faller helt ut og må begynne på nytt. Måtte slutte å pusse fordi den mente at jeg pusset på helt andre sider i munnen, men siden jeg hadde brukt over 2 min på å pusse så ble alt borte og jeg måtte begynne på nytt

Good. The app concept is good overall, the functions in it are cool, but the "brush now", isn´t really that accurate. When you for instance , brush the lower left molars, it´ll jump back an forth between your right and left molars on your lower jaw. I would love to see this app become available on apple watch series one day though.

«Brush now» ødelegger for appen. Grei og oversiktlig app, for så vidt fornøyd. Men oversikten over hvor man pusser fungerer 3/10 ganger i underkjeven. Den blander hvilken side av munnen ved jekslene hvor man pusser. Tennene i overkjeven er det 15% sjanse for at den treffer der du faktisk pusser. Hvis du vil ha «et perfekt resultat» i appen, må du holde børsten helt stille til området i appen har blitt hvitt før du børster neste tann, det gjør at pussingen tar opp mot 3.5-4 minutter.

Gum bleeding? Gum bleeding? Gum bleeding?. If you are unfortunate enough to have gum bleeding tracker on, you’re asked each. bleeding. friggin. time you brush wether your gums bled. Furthermore, its a non-dismissable dialog; you *have* to answer. Please fix this annoying bug, Oral-B.

Siste oppdatering. Etter siste oppdatering får jeg ikke brukt appen. Kaster meg ut. Samme skjer hver gang

Rating. The app did not show the right spots when i brushed the teeth

Good, but I really miss dark mode!. I'm light sensitive and keep dimmed lights before bedtime (when dimmed non-blue/white light is recommended for anyone) and mornings.. but this app "burns" my eyes. I end up using it less because of that.

TB. The app at first was sort silly and waste of time but, it actually helps me and motivates me to brush until l get confirmation that l have brushed my teeth thoroughly. Wish l had this years ago! I am enjoying the benefits from the oral app.

Good, but not quite there. For a product that cost around 386 USD (iO9 toothbrush, the app is free) the package with app and brush is not good enough. I expect more and a better UX. UX/ Design: First of all the picture of somebodys imaginary teeths on the start plage is a bad design choice. The brush now button should have more focus. Also, there’s something with the color palette. I don’t think it’ s a great over all match. Also the menu and navigation is a bit messy. Functionality: It’s not a 100% cooperation between the app and the brush. The app will sometimes fail to show the correct place that is currently brushed. The app is one user only, for some this can be a bit frustrating. The score is also frustrating. The brush is using faces, the app shows %. Please stick to one of them. Over all the app developers needs better funding

This new update is useless!. What happened to the brushing streaks? And what happened to brushing in front of the phone beeing optional?? I do not like this version at all.

En ahaopplevelse. Har alltid synes elektrisk tannbørste var noe tull men så anbefalte min tannlege å kjøpe OralB. Fortsatt skeptisk så først halvannet år etter kjøpte jeg OralB. Det var rett og slett en ahaopplevelse ved første bruk. En helt annen tannpuss som ga en følelse av at jeg nettopp hadde vært hos tannlegen. Tru det eller ei men så rene føltes de og hvitere blir de au. Anbefaler det til alle jeg kjenner. Topp produkt👍🏻

Oral B. Absolutely AMAZING!! I love it!

It could be better. At first i loved it, it showes me how to properly take care of my dental hygiene. But after a while i gave up on the app. It struggled to regognize where i was brushing and i found myself paying more attention to my phone than on my brushing, i got a better result without the app. I defenently encourage people to use the app the first few times they are using the toothbrush to learn haw it works, but after that i fount it easier to brush without the app.

The app stops a lot of the time when it shouldn’t.. The app stops the session when it feels fit, even though it tells me i’m not done. I can not pause the session to go in to view my face to possession the phone correctly without stopping the session.

Working but improvements should come. I love my new toothbrush, and great fun to monitor with the app. However some improvements that could be made - Tell me when I need to charge my battery - should be easy to build in - I am motivated to flush my teeth’s, so why don’t you time that in the app as well - Better statistics - makes it even more fun for nerds like me

Ustabil app. Denne appen fungerer ikke den funka i begynnelsen men nå går den helt bananas når jeg pusser på høyre side så står det at jeg pusser på venstre og motsat og jeg pusser så svakt jeg kan men det står fortsatt at jeg pusser for hardt

Why didn’t they think of this before?!. Wow.... wish this was invented 40years ago!

Why?????. I just upgrade my oral b tootbrush to one with bluetooth. The brush is ok but the app is really bad. 1. You need to bring your phone close to the brush to sync the data. All othe bluetooth devices I have automatically sync to my phone even if it is in the living room 2. Seems like you have to sync every time. This means you cant like sync it once a week but need to do it after each time. For instance i brushed last evening without syncing and then again this morning. When i then got the phone to sync it only synced my last brush. How is this possible in 2019/20??? Especially with a big company like P&G. 3. Does not sync with apple health. Again: common guys. Is it possible??? But the tootbrush itselfs works ok😉.

not able to control the brush properly. in the app you are offered to activate and arrange brushmodes but it is not possible to do and some options disappear in bluetooth mode It states also that some options are locked during your journey” what does that mean standing in my bathroom. Some more work to do on this unfinished product - but nice brushing though!

Oral b app. WHY does it show......

Very satisfied overall but... The app doesn’t seem to notice that I only brush one section at the time (bottom or top, not both at once), it registers that I brush both bottom and top, and I feel like that kind of ruins the whole point. When I brush the front down section it also registers that I brush the upper front section, which I don’t.

Pause. Kunne ikke pause pussingen, da startet alt på nytt og fikk da feil om at jeg ikke hadde pusset over alt.

Bra tannbørste, dårlig app.. Fungerer men bare halveis. Noen ganger kutter appen helt ut og stopper og telle selv omjeg fortsatt pusser, slik som i dag da den stoppa på 1:17. Appen mener også at jeg burde ha bytta tannbørstehode to ganger i løpet av en måned. Tannbørsten er bra, men appen er noe herk.

Funker ikke lenger. Den nye appen er ubrukelig.

Good idea but. The app and the idea is great, but the following needs to be fixed: - Sometimes it does not detect which side I am brushing on. - Sometimes the brushing will be recorded as unguided and you do not get any points from the brushing. - Deleted brushing sessions reappear after reconnecting with the brush. In practice, you cannot delete sessions. So when two persons uses same tooth brush (with different brush head) all sessions from both persons will appear in the app. This creates a wrong avg score. Therefore the app is now more irritating than enjoyable.

Rdf. This app is so stupid it doesn’t work. Like I’m brushing on one side but it says that I am brushing on another side

Good app, but.... 1. Why can’t I view this app in horizontal mode? 2. Why is there no option to turn off the lights on the toothbrush (it only lets you change colour)? This is literally the most annoying thing about the whole thing. I brush my teeth in the dark, so the light emitted from the toothbrush is like pointing bright flashlight in your face.

Språk. Hvorfor kan en ikke bytte språk i appen?

Anbefales ikke. Appen fungerte i begynnelsen men nå går den helt bananas i rapporteringen. Jeg pusser tenner to ganger daglig, men iflg appen gjør jeg det både 10, 12, 14 og hele 16 ganger. Det blir nok ikke Oral B neste gang 🤬🤯😡

Beste appen til min tannbørste. Elsker min io 9s tannbørste og funker supert med appen som viser og forteller meg hvordan jeg pusser for bestresultat.

Multiple users. Why on Earth arent there any options for multiple users?! It is quite annoying to syncronize two users. Why cant it detect the different brushes when they still are differentiated digitally? Or why cant I start up the app with one specific user in mind? This should be an easy problem to fix with a proper update. I am very pleased with the brush itself, though!

Veldig bra!. Føler meg helt fresh etter hver gang jeg bruker den, gir meg også motivasjon til å bruke tanntråd, hehe. Når jeg ikke hadde elektrisk tannbørste brukte jeg alltid +/-10 minutter på pussing, ettersom jeg aldri følte tennene var rene. Men denne appen sørger for at jeg bare bruker anbefalt tid! Anbefales!!

Improvements. So I'm quite happy with my toothbrush that I've been using for about a year, along with the app. It is very motivating when I brush my teeth, and I brush a lot longer when I use the app. Improvements: The app is not very accurate when it comes to where I brush. For example, when I try to complete the left side, and it suddenly switches side, it becomes very annoying, and all the motivation just fades away. It should also be an alternative to pause, because I can’t refill my toothpaste or clean my mouth without the program stopping and resetting everything. It is especially annoying when I have brushed my teeth for two minutes, and get a good self-esteem, and then the app resets, so when I finish it says that I have done a bad job

Doesn’t always work. When the app records your brushing it is great, but a lot of times it doesn’t start in the right mood in the app, and the whole session is wasted. 😏

Registerer feil side. Appen er for det meste ok, men den klarer nesten aldri å registrere høyre siden når jeg pusser - den tror jeg holder på med den venstre....

Virker, men fryktelig irriterende. Appen virker ok, men hovedpoenget med guidet pussing er ikke mer enn 80% bra pr. 03.09.2021. Det er steder i munnen den ALDRI registrerer, spesielt der man starter pussingen. Når du går tilbake er det voldsomt irriterende at du må pusse samme sted 1,5 minutter før den registrerer noe i det hele tatt. Grunn nok til ikke å bruke appen. Selve børsten er MEGET bra.
