Wizz Air - Bestille Flyreiser

Problems with check in. The app wouldn’t let me go to the next step of the check-in process saying I had no internet connection, after I had already input all the passport info, so I had to start over, after which all my data was lost and I had to start from scratch.

Nudging. A lot of annoying nudges…. Stop it

Fix the app. I like wizz as a flight company, but this app is not working as it should. I cannot find my booked flights after I have registered them by refrence nr. And surname. I always have to plot it in again and again! Please fix this!

Very nice. I like how easy it is to navigate through Wizz app, it is wonderful to be able to get inexpensive air tickets

380kr for innskjekking???. Tilsynelatende billig, men koster altså 380kr å skjekke inn dersom en ikke skjekker inn elektronisk 3 timer før avgang. Småfrekke ansatte ved skranken også. Kommer aldri til å fly med et så useriøst selskap igjen.

Seter. Helt latterlig at man må betale ekstra for å sitte sammen med barna sine, også helt bak mål at man blir plassert på helt forskjellige plasser helt besvimt når man ikke velger seter..! Helt talentløst dårlig..!!!

Useriøs. Dette må være det mest useriøse svindel selskapet jeg noen gang har brukt. Anbefaler virkelig å velge alt annet enn wizz air, vist du liker å ha orden på økonomien. Og vite hva sluttregningen blir.

TRAGISK. Helt elendig 8 pers som står med samme problem fordi appen dem ikke fungerer og måtte vi betale ekstra fordi servicen dems ikke fungerte😂da er det vel selvskapte sin feil og det skal kunde betale for. Og ubehagelig flyreise reiser ikke med de mer!!

Dno. Najgorsza linia lotnicza z najgorszą aplikacją. Żerują na błędach ludzi, chwila nieuwagi i trzeba dopłacać. Ciągle opóźnienia lotów tylko pogarszają moją złą opinię.

Apple watch. Hadde vært fint om det kom oppdatering til dette.

Oszustwo na całego. W danej chwili pokazuje niska cene za bagaz ,a w momencie wpisywania danych z karty visa cena jest dalej wysoka,co z wami?

awful airline, awful app. terrible airline that goes to great lengths to make their customers experience as unpleasent and expensive as possible. Rude personnel, always delayed, makes passengers wait in the cold for ages, and i can go on like this for hours. Will never fly wizz again.

Liars. Avoid this scammers, on Wizz Air it’s only place where your money expires after 3 months and it’s your fault that you didn’t use it.

Checking in. Quick and fast and easy to follow the guide in checking in.

To much hazzle to book and log in. The flight is ok, but the app, choices and log in is a nightmare. It's designed to make you add additional stuff you don't need and make you uncertain of you need to pay extra. Please change this and become a decent airline company!

Aplikacja beznadziejna. Ta nowa aplikacja jest bardzo mylna. Pokazuje loty z nie wybranych lotnisk a niby ułatwienie a wprowadza w błąd. Wybierasz podkreślony lot na kalendarzu ze niby w ten dzień odbywa się lot a po wyszukaniu jest napisane brak dostępnych lotów. Sterują nami jak chcą i maja wyjebane na nas!!!!

Grådig og spekulativt selskap. Dette flyselskapet drar deg gjennom unødig mange små byråkratiske innsjekkprosedyrer hvor faren for å gjøre feil blir stor. Hvis du gjør feil legger de umiddelbart på «service fee». Hvis du ikke reserverer sete, plasserer de dere (hvis man er flere) fra hverandre, selv om det er ledige plasser 2 og 2. Dette fremstår som spekulativt og rett og slett lite kundevennlig. Ja de er et billigselskap, men grådigheten og lysten til å tjene ekstra penger i alle ledd skinner dessverre så alt for godt igjennom, og man sitter igjen med en følelse av å bli lurt eller forsøkt lurt - hele tiden. Info om innsjekk på nett 3 timer før avgang ble aldri sendt oss. Og vi måtte betale kr 1200 ekstra på flyplassen for å sjekke inn ved skranken. Kjedelig siden informasjonen om dette lå godt gjemt i bestillingsbekreftelsen og ikke ble sendt som reminder rett før.

Mess. The app is a mess, full of links and buttons with one purpose: lead you in a wrong direction.

Uninstall does NOT clean up properly…. Since it is not possible to change mail address in WizzAir’s portal, I had to go ahead and create a new account. I did, and via web it works as expected. Then I wanted to use the app. Removed it from my iPhone and confirmed to also kill all existing data. Reinstalled it - but by default it comes up preconfigured towards my old account. And it does not appear that I can change login in the settings of the app? So I’m currently not able to use the app. I will try to remove my old account in the web and see if that changes anything… But for sure the app should clean up properly when told to do so…

Dårlig!. Selskapet selger tilsynelatende billige billetter, men når du kommer og sjekker inn, så må 80% av kundene betale ekstra gebyr på insjekk og bagasjeregler som gjelder spesielt for dette selskapet. Bruk heller et seriøst flyselskap.

Travelers dont have printers. Wizz app requires us to print documents. We do not travel with printers and the places we stayed in Albania did not have printer

Fare for scam. Sendte penger til feil konto nummer og får ikke de pengene tilbake. Betalte til nasjonalt konto nummer med uhell

User experience. Wizz is a Hungary based company and therefore with recent events we should avoid this company because if it’s government and history around them being against EU values. Before dealing with them think one more time!

Ubrukelig. Jeg måtte betale 380 norske kroner fordi håndbagasjen min var Ca 1-2 cm for brei. Pluss at det var dårlig beinplass. Service var heller ikke mye å skryte av!

Terrible app, made to make profits. This app is made to make the customers pay extra fees on wizz airs absurd policies. The date is nearly impossible to Edit and everything is made to make you pay more if you fail to follow all of wizz airs guidelanes.

Not working. The app doesn’t allow me to check-in, it is specificity designed to force people paying additional fees.

Impossible to check in. I hardly ever take the time to review an app. But this time around it has to be done - because it cost me 70 Euros. Because if you ever try to check in using this strikingly embarrassing digital piece of poop, you will reach the point where you’ll try to submit your passport info - only to find out that the date picker impressively enough shows ONLY INVISIBLE FIELDS, making it completely impossible to dial in the passport expiry date, making it even more impossible to check in. And then, instead of Wizz owning up to the fact that Wizzair’s own stinky app was the sole reason I couldn’t check in on time (and proving it to them), the Wizz employee demanded me to pay a fee because I wasn’t properly checked in. I would rate this horrendous, non-QA’ed app zero stars if I could. Score: 💩💩💩💩/💩💩💩💩

Error when trying to check in with national id. When trying to check in(on the return flight) with national id you get an error that you should fill in serie and number but on the screen before that you don't get a field to fill this information

Can’t open the app. App doesn’t open anymore, it worked before but now it doesn’t go past starting.

Not working after last update (again). As the title says, there was an update which made app close automatically after lauching and then there came another one to fix that up which didn’t work as well. Really disspointed.

Oversiktlig MEN !!!!. En feil med appen gjør at reiser du med spedbarn så er det dyrere å bestille via app på mobil, kontra wizz sine egne sider. Så ikke bestill via app
