Funker bra. Funker bra for mine behov, så funker nok fint for de fleste 👍

love the app but…. Timer doesn’t work and some of the exercises doesn’t save from time to time, so will have to recreate them over and over again🤷🏽‍♂️

Still the best!. It’s the best app for weigh lifting on the market in my opinion. I love that I get to track my performance and progress. I look at it after each workout. It inspires me to reach new PRs and makes it easier to plan my next workout. Sometimes I miss a feature where I can add text or a comment behind each set; not just the RPE. This to log how it felt and thoughts about it. But the notes feature can do that, just not as quick and short I guess. But the app is really not missing anything! 6 stars

Go-to workout tracker for years. Wrote a longer review, but it timed out. Anyway, awesome app, no hassle, really clean, minimalistic and simple, but with all the functionality you'll ever need. Great at letting you access previous workouts and sets of a specific excersize.

Keeps motivation up. Easy to keep track of workouts, aswell as plan workouts. Helps a ton on motivation being able to see your progress each time you do an exercise. I do be mirin this app. Sickcvnt!

Question for an upgrade. I love the app i really do but i think yall need to make an upgrade where you can search up your saved workouts that does not show on any templets because i downloaded an upgrade and it says its on my device but i cannot find it anywhere

Amazing. The best workout app out there when it comes to lifting. Makes it easy to track your progress, create routines and finding different excercises when uninspired. Been using it during every workout for almost two years now.

Best gym companion. Really love this app for weight lifting. It doesn’t have a million useless pre-programmed things like many other workout apps. No fuss and remembers my previous weights. The Apple Watch app is the best in my experience. Love the boxing ring bell sound for ‘rest time over’. FEATURE REQUEST: the option to set rest time on Apple Watch to end when heart rate falls below a certain number. As an asthmatic this would be really helpful, as it ensures I get my breath back so I can lift optimally :)

Disappointed. Great app, but one wrong button and you lose all your templates. It could be a great app, but it's greatly flawed.

Many possibilities. Nice app, quite easy to understand, but one thing that is really annoying, is that I cannot make supersets out of a workout, and if you by mistake remove it in a template, it is not possible to get it back. Also it could have more built in excersises

Effortless tracker. This his hands the best app for tracking where u at on lifts, save workouts, try new wrkouts, and just stay focused on progression. Only tried free version.

Good and easy to use!. Good app, easy to use and with a ok excercise library. However, miss landmine excercises.

Good. Wish there were more free templates, 6 would be perfect

Love it, but missing development. I have used the app for years, and I love it. But I am missing development on it. I would love more Widgets, a 3D representation of my measurements so I can watch progress, a muscle overview of my templates to see what my workout targets and Garmin sync.

Works amazingly. It does literally everything you would want it to. Honestly it’s like a personal trainer without the social interaction - which might be a barrier for some. Great descriptions of different exercises. Wonderful integration to other apps like the Health app on iPhone. Just plain worth the money. Anyhow, I do have some suggestions for features I would like added. Perfection is a destination never reached, right? Add: more sports, maybe as a freestanding post under “category”. Sports such as padel, tennis and more is missing. Specifics: Hiking and Running (treadmill) could add elevation gain/% incline as a own parameter. Yeah you could also add it yourself in the notes, but it plays into calories and stuff ya’know? Skiing? What does that even mean? Crosscountry? Downhill? Randonee? Climbing could also be more specific in terms off grade, amount of tries, and type (bouldering vs sport-climbing vs speed vs trad). Maybe look into incorporating data from other apps such as vertical life, moonboard or beastmaker. Also maybe contemplate making a idiot-proofing system. I’ve added 75km’s on a 15min walk, when I meant 0.75… This is on me though, but having the app react when superhuman feats are added might be an easy implementation ;) Again, I love this app with all of my heart and can’t recommend it enough, but things could always be better❤️

Finally a great gym app!. I’ve never bothered to write a review for any app before, but this app deserves one! An amazing, clear and concise UI, lots of features, while at the same time striking the perfect balance between functionality and clarity. I’ve tried so many workout apps, but they’ve all had their fair share of issues, up to the point where it was easier to just use unstructured notes. This app finally solves this!

Having troubles with connection to apple Watch. In the middle of the workout the two devices unsync. Around 7 times last workout. Tried restarting apps on both devices all time. Worked, but this is troublesome. Not sure if the fault is at my part, but until the app gives some info on how to troubleshoot in these scenarios it will have three stars from me. Otherwise I love it, but missing some excersies in the menu.

Overall a great app, but... It would be a lot more practical if I could just add sets and reps without actually having to start a working that runs until I’m done. I’m really after a workout journal where I could plot in the exercises, sets and reps also after I’m done. With Strong there is no way around having my workouts tracked in the iPhone activity app. This also makes my phone double register my workouts from time to time. There really should be a function where you could just log your sets without the clock starting to tick.

The best app, no doubt.. Its the best app for logging workouts, no doubt. They haven’t released any new features in a while, but still it’s the best app out there.

Great app, but not getting updates. Go to workout tracker app. Great at what it does. Missing some key and easy to implement features. Have an aggressive recurring subscription pricing model, but app hasn’t been updated in a year. What are we paying to support, then?

Makes me motivated for workouts. Being new to strength training, this is a great help. The controls are very easy to figure out and stuff like the rest timer and showing both template weights and my previous weights are super useful.

Jeg brukte først Ai chat til å lage det optimale trenings programmet jeg ønsket, fjernet en del løs vekter og la ting andre ting jeg ønsket, så la jeg alt inn i denne appen, fantastisk lett og oversiktlig , nå sitter jeg igjen med det mest optimale og motiverende trenings programmet jeg noen gang har hatt, og denne appen organiserte alt på en fantastisk måte , anbefales sterk

Love it, been using for almost 5 years. I just live the app. Been using it since 2016 and it is just easy. With over 800 workouts tracked I can’t say I would like to move away from it as long as they keep the same quality up.

Really good. I recommend, good planner

Amazing app. One of the best apps I have ever used. Simple yet have (almost) every function that one needs in a workout app. Great way to organize workouts, easy to edit workouts aswell as keep track of your progress. I wish they would add more exercises with pictures and how to perform the exercises. Or maybe add more ways to add own exercises with pictures and description. Keep up the good work.

(Fixed) Broke companion app on Apple Watch 3. Having an iPhone XS and Apple Watch 3, the latest update was automatically installed on the phone but not on the watch. This broke the app’s ability to synchronize with the watch companion app. To make matters worse, when trying to update the companion app, it was removed instead, and because only the latest app version is available, I no longer had access to the companion app at all. When contacting support they were quick to reply with a fix in the form of a TestFlight version, which I expect will last me until the fix has been officially released. Oh and the app is great otherwise. 👍🏼

Dying app. No updates in 7 months? Is there no bugs or no new functionality planned, or is this slowly becoming one of the many forgotten apps that brag about 4 year old reviews? Come on, show us that you’re alive.

10/10. I have tried lots of different apps for logging my lifts and Strong is by far my favorite. Only fitness app I’ve used over the last 3 years, and can’t see myself changing to something else that’s currently on the market. Only downside is that the Pro version is somewhat expensive.

Apple watch sync is broken. After the new update, the apple watch is useless with this app. The watch sometimes overwrites the phone app and deletes the whole workout. Also i can no longer see my pulse displayed.. Very bad feature

Helt super med Apple watch. Fungerer utmerket med Apple watch! fint intuitivt design, rest timer, warm up kalkulator, viser puls på klokken under trening, for å nevne noe. Eneste trekk er at appen er DYR å kjøpe, 1090NOK for å låse opp alt. Ellers er det en rimeligere abonnement modell på ca 27kr måneden og 12mnd binding.

Best app for weightlifting I’ve used. This is THE best app I have ever tried for weightlifting. The design is smooth, the look i smooth, and the app works totally smoothly. When doing similar workouts it suggest weight and reps according to the previous workout (you can change this). It also provides me with nice graphs to track progress, both with 1RM, Volume, Weights or Best Set. My favourite ability with this app, is the possibility to change between units. I’m an exchange student, so being able to switch between lbs and kgs is GOLD for me. My previous appa could do that as well, but it did not convert my previous lifts to the new unit... The app has way more to offer as well! THANK YOU, for a great app. Looking forward to see what more you can bring to this app. Integration to social media next?

Very good training app. Highly recommended. I make my own routines and can log and keep score of my progress. Lots of nice built-in features. And it gets updated regularly.

Crashes all the time. I just downloaded this app, and it crashes everytime I press the profile button. I have to reinstall the app to get it to work. I have never experienced that before. I have been trying to find a new gym app, but I think I will look elsewhere.

Does not work with Apple Watch Series 5. Strong is great, but it does not work with the new Apple Watch. It keeps quitting all the time which is really frustrating! Please fix ASAP

Best app for strength training. Been using this app for a few years. It’s the most intuitive and practical app for strength training out there.

Functional and easy to learn. It does what it should do, and well so, aids in keeping track of your lifting

Fornøyd. Lett å bruke, legger kjapt inn sett og rep under trening. Genialt med hvilerommet som gir beskjed når tiden er gått ut. Masse øvelser, litt vanskelig å finne frem til rett øvelse til tider, men veldig godt oppsett i appen.

Recommend this app!. This is a great app to use when training. It’s easy to keep track on your workouts. Weights on the previous workout are visible, and you can make your own excercises and name your own workouts. I have only used it for strenght training, but I will try it the next time I have cardio!

A very good tool. Love this app

Very good workout app. This app is very useful when it comes to planing, executing and tracking you workouts. It has a detailed and wide spectrum of exercises which you can personally put togheter to create a routine. You can decide the resting period and supersets, aswell as regular sets. You write it kn the app as you complete them during the workout and the app remebers it untill next time and tells you how much you have decreased or increased in volum lifted from last time you perfomed this exercise. You have complete controll with this app. My only complaint is that when you write notes for a spesific exercise on one routine, the the note carries over to other routines where that note is «wrong». It does not know that that note, is only for that exercise in that routine.. and not for that exercise in all routines. But again great app.

Utrulig bra greier. Men jeg lurer på hvorfor så mye personlig data blir samlet inn av appen, og delt med tredjeparter som facebook. Hvis det er slik at de tjener penger på persondata er premium-abonnement skikkelig overpriset.

Suveren app m.t.p styrketrening. Det finnes hundrevis av apper forbeholdt kardiotrening, men få som er ment for ren styrketrening. Akkurat det gjør denne svært bra. Har til gode å prøve en som fungerer bedre (du kan også loggføre annen type trening om ønskelig). En app det er enkelt å komme i gang med og svært praktisk å ha under selve økten. For meg har den gjort at styrketreningen har fått større progresjon enn tidligere. Anbefaler å kjøpe tilleggene som du finner i selve appen. Totalt koster det 65 kr, men det er absolutt verdt pengene.

Appen funker ikke med Apple watch. Elsker appen på telefonen! Men jeg har kjøpt meg Apple watch og appen er ikke brukbar med klokka. Appen krasjer når man skal avslutte en treningsøkt og hvis man vil bytte på å bruke telefon eller klokke så klikker appen. Håper dere kan fikse dette i neste oppdatering.

Den beste trenings-appen. Har prøvd mange av trenings-appene i app store, og dette er den jeg mener er verdt pengene. Veldig enkel å bruke, både når man lager treningsopplegg og under trening. God support også, hadde et problem med å flytte over data fra min gamle telefon, men fikk hjelp med en gang.

The perfect strength training app. The title says it all, the app is perfect and does everything you wish from a workout app! And more! Ive been through a fee apps, but keep getting back to Strong, and this time I am staying.

Streamlined and helpful. This app has everything you need to build your own workout and track your progress. It has dozens of suggested exercises that are easy to search by body part or equipment available, and if you don’t find what you want you can add a custom one. Each exercise has a helpful video and description to help you know exactly what to do, even if you are just starting to work out like I was.
