KLM app. Not working at all

Adding loyalty program button not working. I ran into the issue described above during checkin with the app.

Helpful. Very helpful and simple to use

Not working. Can’t save data. Do not receive my miles.

Flyselskap nr 1. Vi velger KLM pga super app og fantastisk flyselskap. Gleder oss til turen med KLM 👍

Spesial bagasje. Jeg skal ha med ski på min tur fra Zurich til Oslo, men kan ikke se det som et valg ved betaling av spesial bagasje. Kun dyr.

Så lite brukervennlig!. Overraskende dårlig app og hjemmeside. Når jeg søker på tur-retur, kommer det bare opp tidspunkt for utreise. Ingen info om tider og alternativer for dato og klokkeslett for hjemreise med pris. Dette er for dårlig, og jeg vil nok helt klartvelge nok andre flyselskaper.

Varslinger og feil navn. Appen markeres til stadighet med en rød prikk som varsling, men når jeg går inn på appen er det ingenting i notifications eller annen ny informasjon. Da jeg registrerte meg la jeg inn mitt etternavn som inneholder bokstaven «å» og klm endret dette automatisk til en «a» så nå er navnet mitt stavet feil iht både norsk slrivemåte og iht passet hvor det skrives med dobbel «a», dette får jeg ikke korrigert og jeg må ofte forklare meg ved innsjekk eller passkontroll.

KLM. KLM offers safe quality travels around the globe. Nice and clean airplanes with a friendly personnel.

Språk. Appen kunne godt hatt valg om norsk språk da ikke alle er like stødige i engelsk kanskje ?

Try logging in. Not possible to login. The login butten stays inactive with a spinning circle on it. No matter how long you wait!

Increasing prices during a flight order session. Numerous times, I have been thrown out of flight booking sessions with KLM, just to experience -seconds after - that my flight price has increased by large sums, sometimes more than 100 Euros. Today it happened again: I was ejected during a flight order session, just to experience 20 seconds later that the flight was approximately 100 Euros more! This can not be coincidence, since this seems to be the rule more than the exception! I question this practise both regarding customer experience as well as the legal aspect of it.

UI bugs. Strange looping animation scrolling bug in the My Trips view The past year the app has become much worse: bad UI, too much animation, et cetera

Annoying pop-ups all the time!!. I’m trying to check in but the constant pop-ups are preventing me from doing it efficiently! Also a bit too slow update of data

Booking. Vi har brukt over 2 timer på å bestille, og prisene ble mye dyrere etter første gang vi var innom, synes systemet er dårlig og når du ringer fungerer ikke tastevalgene.

Fryktelig. Jeg har brukt 5 timer på en booking idag! Forferdelig, og ingen forklaring på hvorfor det ikke fungerte. Jeg er vant til booking online og reiser mye! Aldri mer KLM hvis dette er vanlig! Bodil Alver Moen

PDF ticket. Its very disappointing KLM is not sending the tickets you book as an pdf attachment to the booling confirmation email. A lot of airliners doe this. With KLM it very complicated to make a document for business accounting. I hear this is a problem for a lot of people traveling with KLM.

Blitt dårligere. Ser ikke tider kun pris Burde hatt oversikt hele måneden med priser De øker pris midlertidig på samme flygning du søker på. Prøv igjen senere(noen timer , samme dag) og se prisen er tilbake på det den var

App. App is functioning quite good

Useless to book flights in Norway. Payment system is not working for some time now. Each time I try to pay for a trip it takes me to the wrong credit card security verification and I cannot complete the purchase. When I try to do it again the prices are already higher. Almost scam material. I am extremely disappointed.

Som regel fornøyd med KLM, men…. Dere er nødt til å oppbemanne kundeservice dersom App’en byr på så mange utfordringer. Jeg får for 2 gang utfordringer med applikasjonen når jeg kommer til betalings alternativene. Det virker som at KLM ikke ønsker at kundene skal betale med kredittkort. Det må fikses. Ellers så er KLM flyselskapet jeg foretrekker når jeg reiser utenfor Scandinavia.

Wallet. Lett å legge til kortet «Flying Blue Card» i Wallet.

Very bad experience. I have the worst experience with KLM but do not really have another option

Bug in the app for iPhone 13. After the update the app is slow and the e-boarding pass is missing, so i can not use the app for check inn..

More problems. Hi KLM 😊 Every time you update the app a new or old problems start popping up. Can’t pay the ticket on iPhone, seat selection don’t work, boarding pass is unavailable and plenty more. Getting tired of these problems now and hoping a reliable version is on the way 👍🏻

Mr. Your app sucks. Changes whilst you use it, reach the end and it really feels like the end and you cant pay.

Dumt. Får ikkje heite namnet mitt. Bindestrek er tydelivis et spesialtegn. Men ellers virker som en grei app

Improvement potential. First of all, first time opening the app, it directly asks what I think about the app. Let me see it first. I add the booking and check in. The app says I’m checked in, but it does not produce a boarding pass. Then I go to the web page. It says I’m not checked in, and when I check in there it gives me boarding pass. Still no boarding pass in the app.

Excelencia y confiabilidad. Siempre un buen servicio tanto al momento de la compra de los tiquetes como en el vuelo. Recomiendo esta aerolínea fielmente!

Mye elektronisk rot. Beklager,det har skjedd en feil……. KLM sine løsninger har mye tekniske problemer. På webside og app. Beklager teknisk feil…. Det skal være enkelt å bruke, men det er veldig frustrerende

Fly. Små fly - men greit for små turer, men hyggelige betjening og service:)

Språk. Kunne vært på norsk

Check in improvement. It should give the option to check in together family members so that they are getting seats close to each other

Travel dokuments not stored.. I have updated my information on KLM website. The app seems to use another system. Had to update one more time.

Servicegrad og trygghet. For en som ikke reiser så mye er trygghet for at alt er iorden et must. Det å få billetter/ boardingpass/beskjed om Gatenr.osv fortløpenede på mail, i appen eller på SMS gjorde disse flyruren til en meget god opplevelse. Det at det er forsinkelser er på en måte noe en må regne med fra tid til annen men når skrankepersonellet deres stiller med glød og villighet til å fikse opp/ booke om, og med et godt glimt i øyet føler en seg godt ivaretatt:-) Bra jobba KLM Mvh: Eirik Andresen

Can´t Pay Seat Upgrade with Miles Points. For some reason KLM has lately removed the possibility to use Miles Points to pay for upgrades of seats. This is a set back and a down grade of the level of service for returning costumers.

Norwegian letters in creating a new account for your Flying Blue. I want to make a Flying Blue account. But your strict rules of what letters is allowed, will not let me write my name as it is exactly written in my passport. My small letter «ø» in my first name «Sølve» is not allowed to write down. I would be pleased, if you would recognized my problem and make a correction of it. The same goes for people who are using hyphen in the middle of their name. Thank you

Worst Flying app ever!. It not only doesn't load and upload new info, it just displayed old flights and old departure times. Doesn't work with apple wallet. Tried to open my boarding pass at least 6 times without any success. One more fail and I would have missed my flight. It's bad enough that they are way too aggressive with the Facebook app. Now this. Get a grip.

Bugs. Overall good app, but always full of bugs. For example, I can't choose a seat on a klm operated flight, even though I'm fb gold and have a flex ticket. For my flight to US, the app canon add visa number so I can't make an electronic check in. Can't understand how is it possible with regular massive updates.

Well done. After the latest update the app works fine again, order tickets, change seat, check your flights. You can do almost everything on this app and I use it all the time on my travels.

Still buggy booking system. Gave up after entering my credit card details multiple times and the book flight button to process my payment simply does not work

Ugly and unresponsive. The app is ugly and unresponsive. Doing anything takes 10-20 seconds of loading time, even with a 5s on wi-fi or 4G. I could not figure out how it was supposed to integrate with passbook. I was however able to check in, so it did the most important thing, even if the experience was horrible.

Fantastic update of klm app.. Have tried the new update of the app and it is super good and easy to use. Is also incredibly satisfied with the map with important information about the airport. 👍 Mvh Bjorn Brimsoe

Unfortunately it crashes.... The App crashes when I select "Flight Details'

App crash.... The latest update has made this once great tool completely useless as it crashes non stop. Suggest developers conduct thorough testing prior to release...

All travel info at my finger tips. The KLM app keeps all essential travel info at the traveller’s finger tips through an easy-to-use interface.

Søppelapp. Crap! Denne appen mangler det meste. Info om flights oppdateres ikke, ingen varsling om endringer, ikke mulig å gjøre oppgraderinger i appen, appen kan ikke brukes ved normal innsjekking... Med andre ord ganske verdiløs...

Great app. As a frequent KLM flyer, this app is a must have on all travels. I book my travels and find all relevant info here. Great app for the best airline
