Awful app. The app crashes all the time. Had to make the booking 3 times.

Not working. When selecting the return ticket the app can’t manage to get the data

useless. Your app consistantly asks for updates and block all functipnality. I cannot update since it has ios lower than 16. In order to have ios 16, i must buy new iphone. why can’t you make compatible app that can function with lower ios versions. Don’t you think that this is ridicules to buy new iphone for your app. You are indirectly pushing users to use paper based ticket and boarding pass. Goodby environmental sustainability.

Racist staff. KLM staff is trained to be selectively racist which you can experience on your next flight

Cannot turn of ad notifications. There is an option to turn off ads/offers/commercial notifications in the app, but no matter how many times you turn this annoying thing off, it turns itself back om again and continues to offer you things you have no interest in. You can turn off notifications for the app totally, but that limits the apps core function to help you when you travel, so for forcing ads upon uou, thid app has earned one star rating only.

Kaare Lunde. After buying Business Class tickets and being re-booked to Economy class without any willingness to compensate for the matter, it’s difficult to like KLM and its customer service.

Frequent Flyer. Very easy to use the App

Good app but very slow. Good app with great functionality but frustratingly slow at loading booking details every single time the app is opened.

Tore. Everything is good with KLM except one important serialisering: we paid for two pieces of luggage, but upon checking in today for our return flight, only one pieces comes up in my check in procedure

flight got six hours delayed. My complaint got denied due to extreme weather conditions and it says I was offered a rerouting. I was never offered this. I’ve set complaints multiple places in your website or this app. Nobody reponds.

Alltid endringer. Setevalg har blitt endret på de fleste av våre USA-reiser med KLM. SVÆRT FRUSTRERENDE!

Spam. The app works well enough, but keeps giving me commercial notifications which I consider spam. There is an option to disable this, but it keeps turning itself on again. I’ve ended up deleting the app when I’m not travelling with KLM.

Handy but misses a few tricks. Very handy and convenient. Not sure why it never remembers my passport details. Annoying as a frequent traveller. Wish the seat selection would appear before physically checking in, as a bit of a faff after the fact to change but possible.

A. Part of the boarding pass is overlayed by the sharing button, in such a way that it cannot be used in the app. Kinda stupid. Now we got a message that something is is wrong with generating the boarding pass but text is not fully shown in the app.

Not safe. Not only the quality of the service, the food and the confort of the aircraft have declined considerably the past years, but also non-Dutch citizens are subject to abuse in the form of profiling, threats and abuse of power by certain crew members that have been with the company for a long time. Registered complaints are at first response said to be taken seriously, but then lightly dismissed by the company, even when reported to the CEO.

hh56. Not self explaiable how to add a flight into the app

DHH. Not very intuitive compared with other App’s. The boarding card you need to follow an in necessary trail to find the boarding card

Kaj Inge S. Worst airline. Constatly ovebooking and cancelig peoples tickets. Support is hard reach and can never help you. Never flying with them again.

Update. It is awful. I have tickets with KLM and my app says I have to update my phone, but this update doesn’t exist for my phone and even other newer phones don’t have it. It is a SHAME. I am not buying a new phone because KLM app says I can’t use it. Awful experience!!!!

Flying Blue. Have been a Flying Blue member for several years, am unsure if points are directly awarded when I check in on the app. It is unclear.

Broken UI. Several steps in the check-in flow seem broken. Quite stressful

Adding other frequent flyer programs. With the newest update I can’t add frequent flyer numbers that is not between 10-12 numbers. My Eurobonus number is 9 numbers, so it is impossible to add.

Booking. Vi har brukt over 2 timer på å bestille, og prisene ble mye dyrere etter første gang vi var innom, synes systemet er dårlig og når du ringer fungerer ikke tastevalgene.

Booking rewards tickets. Booking rewards tickets seems to be impossible. Have tried many times and get error message every time. Error message makes no sense. One of the error messages read: Something went wrong The API has neither a response or an answer

On board meals. Dear all Being very satisfied with the air line of my confidence thereis one point of critics we have: the meals of business class are not very tasty. I refer to flight Ams-Kuala Lumpur. We had indian or asian vegetarian dinner - no taste, well, taste of water. For comparison: meals of Austrian airline (medium distance) are super-tasteful. SAS meals business class long distance are excellent. The meals provided for short distance are simple but ok. Best regards Lothar

RCD. Sikkert vanlig praksis, men med alle tillegg til billettpris for setereservasjon etc, er det irriterende at en ikke får tilgang på bonuspoeng før etter flyreisen.

Kundeservice og App. Klm kundeservice er fantastisk, responderer raskt og veldig serviceinnstilt, kundeservice og meget enkel App gjør at jeg som kunde stadig kommer tilbake til Klm. Personlig mener jeg Klm sitt crew ombord er de hyggeligste og svært imøtekomne.

STILL TERRIBLE-NOTHING IS FIXED🥵. Customer service told me the new version of both this an AF apps would allow/ fix the issue with the qr (add to wallet).. this still doesn’t work. Not on the websites either. Also the log in is dreadful and the with the remember me never working. The payment system failed most times, so you may arrive at the airport with a “false” ticket - be sure to have a email confirmation, not only ticket in app.

Mye elektronisk rot. Beklager,det har skjedd en feil……. KLM sine løsninger har mye tekniske problemer. På webside og app. Beklager teknisk feil…. Det skal være enkelt å bruke, men det er veldig frustrerende

Mr. Useless website, all I got today was “technical issues” which resulted in me most likely paying more for the flights than I would have liked to since I could properly navigate and see my options.

One of the best airline apps. Works very well, easy access to all relevant functions required.

Ugly and unresponsive. The app is ugly and unresponsive. Doing anything takes 10-20 seconds of loading time, even with a 5s on wi-fi or 4G. I could not figure out how it was supposed to integrate with passbook. I was however able to check in, so it did the most important thing, even if the experience was horrible.

App crash.... The latest update has made this once great tool completely useless as it crashes non stop. Suggest developers conduct thorough testing prior to release...

Not working with wallet. Cannot add flying blue membership card to wallet, even though it says you can

Servicegrad og trygghet. For en som ikke reiser så mye er trygghet for at alt er iorden et must. Det å få billetter/ boardingpass/beskjed om Gatenr.osv fortløpenede på mail, i appen eller på SMS gjorde disse flyruren til en meget god opplevelse. Det at det er forsinkelser er på en måte noe en må regne med fra tid til annen men når skrankepersonellet deres stiller med glød og villighet til å fikse opp/ booke om, og med et godt glimt i øyet føler en seg godt ivaretatt:-) Bra jobba KLM Mvh: Eirik Andresen

All travel info at my finger tips. The KLM app keeps all essential travel info at the traveller’s finger tips through an easy-to-use interface.

Søppelapp. Crap! Denne appen mangler det meste. Info om flights oppdateres ikke, ingen varsling om endringer, ikke mulig å gjøre oppgraderinger i appen, appen kan ikke brukes ved normal innsjekking... Med andre ord ganske verdiløs...

Asks for extra passport info when checking in. ...every time. (Yes, i checked save to my profile) Why?

KLM app. Not working at all

Bugs. Overall good app, but always full of bugs. For example, I can't choose a seat on a klm operated flight, even though I'm fb gold and have a flex ticket. For my flight to US, the app canon add visa number so I can't make an electronic check in. Can't understand how is it possible with regular massive updates.

Worst Flying app ever!. It not only doesn't load and upload new info, it just displayed old flights and old departure times. Doesn't work with apple wallet. Tried to open my boarding pass at least 6 times without any success. One more fail and I would have missed my flight. It's bad enough that they are way too aggressive with the Facebook app. Now this. Get a grip.

Well done. After the latest update the app works fine again, order tickets, change seat, check your flights. You can do almost everything on this app and I use it all the time on my travels.

Good. App is good and easy to use, missing the opportunity to rebook a flight in the App though.

Norwegian letters in creating a new account for your Flying Blue. I want to make a Flying Blue account. But your strict rules of what letters is allowed, will not let me write my name as it is exactly written in my passport. My small letter «ø» in my first name «Sølve» is not allowed to write down. I would be pleased, if you would recognized my problem and make a correction of it. The same goes for people who are using hyphen in the middle of their name. Thank you

Varslinger og feil navn. Appen markeres til stadighet med en rød prikk som varsling, men når jeg går inn på appen er det ingenting i notifications eller annen ny informasjon. Da jeg registrerte meg la jeg inn mitt etternavn som inneholder bokstaven «å» og klm endret dette automatisk til en «a» så nå er navnet mitt stavet feil iht både norsk slrivemåte og iht passet hvor det skrives med dobbel «a», dette får jeg ikke korrigert og jeg må ofte forklare meg ved innsjekk eller passkontroll.

Fantastic update of klm app.. Have tried the new update of the app and it is super good and easy to use. Is also incredibly satisfied with the map with important information about the airport. 👍 Mvh Bjorn Brimsoe
