Not free. Very disappointing to see them advertising as FREE in the app store, with no pricing information anywhere, but to do anything you have to email for info on paid plans. Uninstalled

I love this app! Shawn and Nick from customer support were super helpful when I needed help getting started. I would highly recommend this app! So far it works great!

App is rubbish uninstalled it and removed it from Shopify but I still have there button on my website that I can’t remove

"Free" - LOL, the liars. So the allure you to install it, then BOOM... $1,500 per year is their "free" lowest tier. Pfft...

Zinrelo has done an amazing job as my store's loyalty solution. We have seen an uptick in our customer retention and overall customer satisfaction. We have used Zinrelo to award coupon codes, refer a friend and offer our best customers a first look at rare items. It checks all the boxes for us. While it is one of the more expensive options, I am going to use the age-old expression. You get what you pay for! Nick is our dedicated customer success manager and he is always just an email away. Quick and accurate support every time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an all-in-one Loyalty Solution look at Zinrelo.

We have been using Zinrelo for a little over 6 months now and have enjoyed it. There are great features, and it has been a good way to limit our discounts we have given in the past, and instead incentivize people to spend with us, then come back for future purchases while building up rewards. The Zinrelo support has also been a great help.

I had trouble adding the program into my store. I got an immediate response on the chat box and they helped to fix the problem. Great customer service.

Really easy to set up and support is very responsive and helpful. A lot of great features at the basic level, and we're already getting people signing up for the loyalty program on our site. Looking forward to continued growth. Definitely recommend!

Don't download this app unless you're willing to pay the high fee. They list "FREE" on the Shopify app store and then present you with high fees after they have access to your ENTIRE Shopify STORE DATA. This app is likely fine if you have low sales and a small customer database.

A great app for rewarding and retaining customers. Customers really value the points they earn and being able to redeem them.

Love it. The support team is excellent and the app offers lots of customizable options – even the free plan is plenty to get started on and made it easy to get a loyalty program up and running without any hidden costs. The dashboard is easy to use and program activities & rewards are easily customized. One of my favourite functions is the pre-built email notifications, which lets you notify members when they earn or redeem points or are close to earning their next reward. I had some questions regarding adding existing members, and making the most out of it and Yahya very kindly helped me out with the coding and integration. I will definitely keep using and very much recommend!

We were keyed onto these guys through the UPS Tech program. Overall it's worked well and our customers have liked getting the rewards points. It's bee a good way to get our customers to share our products with their friends.
