So far, PERFECT! The template files are a little more intricate than some companies, but I've grown to appreciate the extra levels of customization. Zero complaints about product quality and customer service has been prompt and helpful!

Horrible customer service. My customer received boots that were clearly not as designed in the printfile. Forwarded the customer's photos to InkPOD and the person I spoke to immediately told me it was a problem with my design, despite the fact that it obviously didn't match the printfile. Told me that the actual product would be slightly lighter than the mockup but it was not even CLOSE to the printfile color and there is no excuse for that. Rep was argumentative and offered no resolution. Deleted the app and will be finding a different footwear manufacturer. UPDATE: They did finally agree that the product received by the customer was not correct and issued a full refund. But even after refunding they seem intent on continuing to publicly argue about it and apparently now accuse me of lying and misleading other merchants?? Should never have been an argument in the first place. AWFUL customer service that just keeps somehow getting worse. AVOID THEM!

App is relatively easy to use, though not always entirely intuitive. It takes some time to get used to. The products are of good quality and ship quickly. I wish it were easier to set up tags and bulk-edit prices so that I could more quickly produce or update multiple items. This is a minor complaint though. Good customer service.

Absolutely love these guys. Their shoe quality is fantastic. Print, construction, comfort, shipping, and SERVICE are all impeccable! They are so fast in responding to my emails and any problems I may have. All my customers love the shoes. Have been using InkPOD for about 10 months now and have been very impressed with their service and products. Mockup generator is great, branded shoe boxes, easy to use dashbaord. The support team is fantastic and very responsive. In fact, they are very proactive. I had one order recently that I had put into production and had missed the fact that the customer Street Address was missing. The InkPOD team alerted me to this so I could correct it prior to shipping. Very happy to recommend InkPOD.

I am so happy with the service and speed of delivery, my Boots arrived in 2 weeks (Australia) which is unheard of for POD. The print is amazing and true to colour. So happy with everything so far and can't wait to continue to grow my business.

Would highly recommend, I use them on a daily basis for my business, if ever there is a problem they solve it quickly no issues. Dont hesitate using them, takes a bit of getting used to the design side of it, but its free so make the most of it!

I am a starter in the print on demand field. Currently I use more than 5 providers but so far my experience with InkPOD has been the most comfortable and more than I expected. InkPod has the largest selection of POD Dropship shoes on the web so I gave them a shot. After dealing with customer service several times, I'm sold! They are so helpful and down to earth.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME! When I first started designing in this store mynisme.com, I was a bit apprehensive because of my designs and colors. OMG! When I received my products, I was blown away! EVERYTHING I created was just like it looked on the design but 100 times better. The material is of good quality and the shoes, don't let me get started on the shoes. Literally whatever you design is exactly the way it will appear on the product! My customers are amazed as well and are coming back for more. The customer service is also great, you will get a response back in minutes and any issues are resolved in a timely manner! I would recommend this store to anyone!

J'utilise très regulièrement cette application et cela vas tres bien. Parfois certain de mes produit on des erreurs ou de leger défaut de fabrication. Lorsque sa arrive, je contacte le service a la clientele et hop, un remboursement ou meme reshipper le colis chez mon client. Coté qualité nous ne sommes pas du 5 étoile. Ce nest pas du gucci non plus. MAIS! C'est dans le meme grade que les soulier Nike pour la fraction du prix! Mes clients adore, J'adore egalement.

I love the shoes! I've gotten several samples so far and they are all top notch printing and packaging. I love the custom shoe box design option...makes it look so sleek and professional. Also, the customer service has been so good. They are so responsive and have solved every issue I've had on setting things up or how to do specific things for print quality. The customer service reviews are the reason that I chose to try them out. I tried out other shoe vendors before and their customer service was awful. You can't do business with a company that doesn't have customer service because problems always arise. That's just the nature of business. This company has been amazing so far.
