We have been using Wonderment for a month or so now and have been loving it! We are about to kick off the Klaviyo integration but their incredibly helpful team and amazing product have already made it a must-have for our store!
We moved from Malomo and have been on Wonderment for a year+. Wonderment offers tracking page customization (more revenue!) and also tells us proactively when orders are delayed by shipping carriers. Their service has been phenomenal (thanks Jess!) and our customers are happy. Set up and onboarding was fast and eas. Love the Klaviyo integration. This is a no brainer app for any e-commerce store.
I've tried all the post-purchase apps out there.. hands down, Wonderment does it better than everyone else. I would 100% recommend Wonderment's Where's My Stuff app. Their customer service SECOND TO NONE and the product and insight they offer is above and beyond what I saw from their competitors. They truly master Klaviyo and greatly expedited rollout of multiple email flows for us. Their app also requires no integration with shipping carriers, and we were able to start analyzing thousands of order shipment data the same day of integration. We also rolled this app across our Canada, Australia and UK Shopify stores with great success!
If you are building a BRAND you need to use Wonderment. It integrates perfectly with Klaviyo + it adds triggers beyond what Shopify would send by default. Imagine all you can build once you have those triggers on Klaviyo. And you get a branded tracking page to send your customers to. The team at Wonderment is super responsive and friendly, they'll help you every step of the way.

I am saving hundreds and getting every feature I ever dreamed of for my Shopify store. If all orders go through Shopify, this is a dreamy solution for SMS and email notifications, tracking pages for Ontrac, UPS, FedEx, notifications and warnings for my team when items are stalled (it tells customers too), and I can even use their tracking pages to get people into my referral program and text list. You should integrate with Klaviyo email and SMS. Their engineers are really talented, they have been in the ecomm game. A+. Thank you Brian and your team! This is a legitimate product.
Wonderment has helped transform my customer communication when it comes to my shipments. In the absence of improved delivery leadtimes, Wonderment is really effective in keeping my customers up to date at every step. There is absolutely no excuse for not going above and beyond for your customers and providing a wonderful, on brand post purchase experience. So many brands stop putting forth effort when they acquire a customer, but that's when the real work starts. Wonderment has been huge in helping us keep our customers updated with their order, and has always reduced our cx tickets. As a plus, the onboarding is excellent and the entire team is top notch.
