The user has 2 methods to complete their payment:

• Cash
• Sell used items to Twig

This offers the user choices and thus different flows:

• An existing Twig user can make use of the balance of their Twig card to complete the purchase, provided the balance covers the Order value.

• A new Twig user will need to top up their Twig card to complete the payment in cash. In order to do this, the user needs to click on the Cash Balance box, enter their third party bank details and complete the transfer. Once that is completed, they can complete the payment for the order on the checkout.

A new or existing Twig user can complete the payment for an order by selling used items to Twig.

The user will need to upload 1 or more than 1 item that after being appraised by Twig, will cover the full value of the order and complete the payment.

Note: When a user sells their clothes to Twig, Twig makes an authorization on their credit card to ensure the items are sent and they meet the conditions. Once the items are reviewed and approved, the authorization is cancelled. Should the user not shipped the items, the credit card on file is charged.

A user can choose to pay for their order by using a combination of clothes and cash, in order to do this, they need to use the slider and specify how much they want to pay with each method.

For example: a user want to pay for a £500 order, they then upload a £100 item, then the slider moves slightly to the left reflecting that the user will pay for their order with said item and £400 from their cash balance.
