I ended up deleting the app as it was severely slowing down the checkout process. Once the app was deleted, the checkout process went back to normal.

Like this app. The only thing I would change is to allow the product to go to the cart after they agree to the terms and conditions. But it is a great app to have.

I was having issues with customers not reading that my products were not ready-made - this app now forces them to tick the box - so they either have to read the terms and conditions and tick the box or if they tick the box without reading the terms and conditions, I can now refer to this if they have queries regarding their orders.
