We are honestly blown away by the level of customer service. Duke and the whole Storeify team are simply fantastic. We are using two apps, both I have upgraded to paid versions. We highly recommend their apps as the product functionality and customer support is second to none.

I've been able to create a few custom forms quickly and embed them into pages. I ran into a small issue with CSS formatting, and the Support Team helped me out quickly by fixing the form and providing me with the information I needed if I wanted to update the CSS again.

I searched high and low for a good simple "Contact Us" form app that I could use on my store. This one was by far the best, easy to use and incorporate and their customer service response is top notch. I highly HIGHLY recommend this app. Thank you to your wonderful team and tech support. The form was easy to build. There was an issue with embedding it on my site, but support resolved it quickly.

Awesome service! We first signed up for Pify forms but after repeated support requests to Pify and being told the problem weas resolved - it wasn't... We also has a small setup glitch with Contact Form setup, but Duke and the support team responded, went onto our site, and fixed the issue in hours. It's so nice when you still get that kind of support in todays cost-saving focused world hip hip Hoooorah!
