Perfect App with the Best Support! **Keep reading to see why** At first I was having trouble syncing the app with my supplier's inventory files and the support team was quick to respond and help guide me through the issues. The best part was when I asked if there was a way for me to round the price to .99 instead of .00. The reply for Stock Sync was one of a kind! I was told unfortunately this feature is unavailable, but they would ADD this option because of my request! I wish more services operated the way the team at Stock Sync does. I highly recommend these guys!

App is great in terms of functionality, wished pricing was a bit better and more plans and more scalable for a lot more feeds instead of 5! We want 50, 100 feeds!

I have been using this app for over 12 months, when its set up correctly it works great, however when you have any issue the support is very poor and in some cases none existent. last month we had an issue and contacted support, we recieved 1 reply per day, around 3am (UK time) it did not matter when i responded to the email it would be another 24 hours before we received a response and each response did not assist with the issue, after around 10 days we had made no progress so eventually arranged for a call and the issue was resolved. (we thought) we now have a problem similar to the issue previously, we asked for assistance on Monday and its now Wednesday evening with no response.

I think you will not find any app better then this I mean I had to do work for 2 days just to update stock and now it takes less than an hour to do so. best app, Kudus

I use this to auto update my feeds from my suppliers and love it, its so easy to use, and the one time i had an issue they have stuck by me to help sort the issue i had. The issue i had was it kept hiding in stock products when told to hide products that are 0 (zero). They stuck with me until the issue had been resolved.

Incredible support and amazing functionality. There was one feature the app didn't have, a week later after some consultation with them - it was there! Using it to sync inventory on thousands of products daily. Highly recommended.

Great app. Comes with tons of prebuilt feed templates and very easy to customize also. Support is really great. They have made adjustments I needed to my feed due to my supplier and have always gotten back to me quickly.

The app is working very smooth and updating every 3 hours (on basic plan) which is quite nice for my kind of inventory , easy to setup .

Doesn't work at all. Just keeps giving match fails. No time to go and sit with a developer on something that should work to begin with. It's not rocket science, but this app just can't read the inventory.
