We are using Stock&Buy to sync inventory between two Shopify accounts with different default currencies. The app is working well and seems to deal extremely well with the various and many issues we face. The app is considerably less expensive than others we had tried and has several valuable features we could not find in the others . The support and assistance we have received from Mohammed and his crew is unlike any I have received before. It is fast, friendly, accurate and has made the implementation of the software fairly seamless. I recommend it highly. Peter Kemp

Switching from an alternative product that I had used for several years I felt apprehensive, that I would need to learn and adapt quickly. Some weeks later, having got through the stressful change I find the app works well, workflow all makes sense, and support has been excellent. Having spent some time researching alternatives I wouldn't hesitate recommending this app, and if you want to integrate Shopify and Xero I'm not even sure what else you would consider.

Hello All, I have been using Stock&Buy since late August 2016 and I am a paying customer that utilizes the integration with Shopify to Stock&Buy to Xero. We sell via two Shopify sites with US Dollars and Canadian Dollars with retail and wholesale customer groups. The reason I was looking for a solution: 1) Xero Inventory system is simple and can go out of sync with the standard integration 2) Wanted to add additional sales channels and needed central inventory system 3) Two sites in two currencies but we have different prices lists 4) Be able to keep up with Canadian Tax rules but also handle international sales What I trialed: Trade Gecko Cin7 Deer Inventory Other Xero to Shopify Integrations I tried a few different systems and I found that some were very complex (Cin7) and could do many times and others were heavy on the manufacturing/costing on the inventory side. I needed something that could: 1) sync perfectly to shopify with inventory 2) Track Inventory but I did need complex manufacturing and costing tools 3) Handle taxation in different jurisdictions Note: I am not an accountant but I did have my accountant review the process and get his input prior to becoming a paying customer. **Shopify Inventory Sync: Between Two Shopify Sites Stock & Buy does a great job with this. The setup imports everything and allows you to sync one ways or both ways. The initial setup is fast and the changes made in Stock & Buy update within seconds to both of our shopify sites. **Shopify to Xero through Stock & Buy When I initially added my second Shopify site and tried to connect the SHopify>Xero native sync you will find that it will actually stop the sync from the other site. So, what happens is you will connect the second one and set it on automatic and then a week later you will get a call from your accountant saying what are these other transactions?! It turns out that it stopped the first integration and that is painful (may work now?). With STock & Buy this is really where it shines. I removed the native integration and loaded the sync and it worked like a charm. Shopify had some odd rounding errors that were different from how Xero calculates things but a quick note to support and within an hour a fix was in place. We later learned that Xero and Shopify have different ways to round things which I believe is now automatically adapted in Stock & Buy. **Inventory Updates and Listing Stock & Buy makes easy work to 1) Create new products 2) Update photos and descriptions 3) Push updates and new listing to all sales channels 4) Mass update of products and prices with their export tools **Inventory Tracking A great dashboard to show what inventory is in and what inventory is marked for fulfilment. Also, a simple but effective tool that allows you to forecast product sales trends. This is actually similar to the reports that we have in Shopify advanced so if you need a inventory tool but are not yet ready for a shopify plan upgrade then the Stock & Buy reports will give you lots of info. **Customer Service In App chat tool + Email + Scheduled Skype Calls Always fast and professional responses and follow-up after solution to see if they solution truly fit my company's work flow. The guys at Stock & Buy are very keen on making a quality and efficient tool and they will take all input to make changes (very refreshing!). **Value For the price, the value and service is insanely good. The number of integrations and ease of use is something I haven’t found even for triple their price. There are many more features on the costing/analysis/purchasing/bundling side that I will update in my review later once I have fully used and tested the features.

Love Stock and Buy! QuickBooks discontinued their service to us in Australia so I have been looking for a replacement and Stock and Buy is even better! It syncs up so well with Shopify and Xero which is perfect for us. They are still developing features which I am looking forward to! Its very simple and easy to understand and reasonably priced compared to many other inventory management systems we tried. Support is very helpful and respond very quickly to our emails as well If you are after a user friendly, simple and straight forward system this is for you!

I was seeking a software solution to integrate our multiple online stores, ebay presence, multiple physical stores and despatch as well integrating all this to our Xero instance. I trialled several solutions, then quite by accident, i stumbled across Stock&Buy. My trial went smoothly, quickly intgrating three shopify stores, our physical stock locations and integration to Xero. Perfect. No piece of software or app will fully meet expectations out of the box. Stock & Buy came pretty close to what we wanted but more importantly showed us the solution we needed. When you add to this the swift support responses and resolutions (often within hours) to set up questions, integration glitches and similar support related items, we know we made a good choice. Added to this is the response to 'wish list' items. Over the set up period, i asked about certain features that would be useful and make the integration of online and real world business go more smoothly. I was often given examples of how other businesses had handled these questions, but most pleasantly surprising, was on many occasions, new features popped up. I actively engaged with Stock&Buy in terms of requesting features, even providing screen shots of what i had in mind and again to my pleasant surprise, some of these became features in the last few weeks. Combining shopify with Stock&Buy we have even opened our first fully integrated 'live' ebay store. Tahar and the crew at Stock&Buy are super supportive, positive and provide assistance of the highest standard. I cant wait to see how the platform develops further!

This app is fantastic! If you are needing a Xero and Shopify integration, this is your app! It does everything seamlessly with Xero. We are a retail store with over 500 individual products, adding each one in individually was not an option for me. With some expert help from Moh our products were integrated with S & B super quickly! Thank you! Please keep up the great work!

I have been using Cin7 in conjunction with Xero, Shopify and Bold for recurring orders. Cin7 can be complicated, pricy and not very helpful. After looking at many other CRM/Inventory systems found Stock & Buy. What a difference! The ease of use is a breath of fresh air. The help is second to none. The setup of apps are easy with S & B and migration happens almost immediately. A straight forward no nonsense system that works well which I would highly recommend.

With other systems like Cin7 or Dear we almost drowned in complexity. Not so with Stock&Buy. It has everything we need; and we have a complex multi-level supply chain with lots of BOMs and sell mainly bundles. It is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. What more could you ask for? The perfect solution for Shopify + Xero with great support!

Amazing app. Really impressed with the product. It's made our costing on the shopify side of things more accurate and the reporting more useful. Very feature rich as well. Whenever I ask if a feature is available, the answer is somehow is invariably yes or it's in the works. We really kicked the tires on software that would sync shopify to xero. I tried many inventory softwares that were 3x-4x the price. I even looked at ERP systems that were 20x the price. This is the software we went with. It's simple to set up and use, feature rich and the support is outstanding. If you're doing Shopify to Xero, in my opinion there's no other app to choose. My only critiques would be the ux/ui could be improved. The tax rules are are also inflexible if you have a lot of special tax rules for your products (which we do). EDIT: Support just reached out and we booked a meeting to go over my thoughts on the product. 10/10 support.

I am SO in LOVE with S&B. Moh is amazing and he adds any new features its missing that i need. His support is amazing. The app its self is very easy to use. It works fantastically with shopify. I havent started using the reports & sales side of it yet as i am still adding all the stock to the website through S&B. But to date it is amazing

I, Like a lot of people have been looking for a way to manage my inventory and Xero sync all in one and accurately. I was initially hesitant about the cost of Stock & Buy so decided to do the trial and demo. Honestly, this app has saved me soooo much time in inventory management and accounting. Just the simple aspect of syncing COGS and Purchase orders into Xero has made the world of difference, no more double entry or mistakes! Tahar's personal service and willingness to take on feedback has been very refreshing. I no longer feel like I'm in this online world alone having to fend for myself, the Stock & Buy team are actively making this app better and better with no end in sight. Amazing app and a must-have if you are running a Shopify e-commerce business. It has made my life so much easier and saved me so much time. All my data is now 100% accurate thanks to Stock & Buy and I can now easily keep control of my stock in real time to ensure I never run out. It takes all the hard work out of managing stock. We needed to set up wholesale for our website. After months of research and testing (we tried almost every app available) we found many solutions did not tick all pour boxes. We landed on a separate wholesale site as the cleanest and best approach. We needed something to synch inventory between our sales channels, generate invoices, store client details, generate orders from our suppliers, allow us to do stock takes etc. We Found Stock and Buy. Stock and Buy has been fantastic in allowing us to synch inventory between our wholesale and retail sites and also provides a invoicing system to generate invoices for sales that do not come through the shopify system. Along the way we have required tweaks and changes to little things - the guys at Stock and Buy have been amazing! The service has been outstanding and any issues or requests responded to immediately.

We've been using this for over a year now - it's really easy to use, intuitive, and the numerous integrations we have work seamlessly with S&B. Support is fantastic. Queries are answered within a few hours and they've built a really comprehensive Help Centre which was a great help during the set up process. The only thing I'd wish for is a larger bank of integrations, which I understand is on their roadmap. We have WooCommerce and Amazon stores that aren't currently compatible with S&B, so means the inventory management of these stores is still manual.

Incredibly happy we switched to Stock & Buy. We're still in the early days of figuring out the full extent of what it can do for us, but already, to be able to see our allocated stock clearly, has overnight given our business so much more insight.
