Bad App, a bad imitation of others, not very transparent about the costs. They appeal to hidden policies, I had the terrible experience of charging $ 100 for a campaign that despite having told support TWICE (demonstrable). They continued the delivery against my will, consuming the entire budget in seconds. I'll ask Shopify for a refund since they refused and offered me a ridiculous 10%.

This App is very good! They help me step by step to solve it. I highly recommend them. Jennifer always help me.

I've been using Messent free plan for a while and today I received an email about their offer 90-day free for premium plan. So I upgraded my plan and tried out all the premium features. This offer is really helpful for me since coronavirus pandemic has affected my business in the last few months. Hope this holiday sales will surge!!

I needed support because there was a sync problem. Chat support was ignoring my messages. I asked several times to speak with someone that can help me but to no avail.

thanks to Raymond for excellent customer support. At first the app is quite hard to use but he jumped in and helped me out. Now I'm more familiar with the app and can start my SMS campaign.

Just setup so haven't really used them yet, but the setup seems a bit complicated. Will update this review when I get a better view of the experience. Update : I had some issues during set up but their customer support was absolutely amazing and they soon solved my problems. This was honestly one of the best customer support I have ever had. The app looks great and there is lots you can do with it. Some great SMS features for beginner and advanced marketing techniques. I would highly recommend them. Well worth it. Thank you so much

scam go away and far from them they will just steal your money, i complain to the guys and saud that the service is bad, he replied "thanks i apreciate" he even joke about the situation

Sorry but I found this app complicated. The other apps that are out there have much better segment options and I can create specific list. On this app you can only segment customers, but you can't create a list of it. Then you don't know how many people you have in the segmentation so you don't know the cost of sending out the text message. I been in contact with their support but they don't get what I mean. Sorry moving on.
