Signifyd ‑ Fraud Protection App Reviews

We have been partnered with Signifyd for quite some time now, and so far the level of service they provide with securing and protecting not just our business but the customers' safety in online shopping platform too, has exceeded our expectations. I'm glad to know that we are working with a trusted and proven brand.

We started off on Riskified, as they seemed to be the big player in the fraud insurance arena, however after about a month of using their service, we received an email saying they were terminating our service, because we sold products that violated their TOS. In fact we do not sell any products that violate their terms, and when we pointed out that they only banned guns, and actual weapons, not accessories, they pointed us to the clause where they could terminate service at any time, for any reason. We then reached out to Signifyd, and after a short conversation with Stuart, we were signed up, and have never looked back. Signifyd approves more orders than Riskified did, and in the 4 months we have been using the service, we have only received 1 chargeback, which was promptly taken care of by the Signifyd team. Before using a fraud insurance company to filter our orders, and relying only on the Shopify checks, we lost over $15,000 in just a few months due to chargebacks, we wouldnt be in business today if we didnt have Signifyd protecting us.

Like them more than the other competitor products on the market. Easy to see what orders are at risk. Don't ship without it!

I have been using Signifyd for 4 years, they are good too much if you don't get chargebacks but if you start getting chargebacks from customers and they have to pay you then you will see the other face :( have a claim that was APPROVED on their terms on October 7 and now it is 12 days since it was approved and they did not reimburse me for the claim that they approved it for reimbursement.Wha is the point of paying them if you can't get protected when you need it?

Signifyd has been great for us - a real game changer!

Great app to help prevent fraud. Very fairly priced. Works for any store that has one order to a million orders a month. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve order security.

Absolutely outstanding, this was so easy to install and the phone call from the CEO was a really nice idea to help install confidence that i had picked the right app even from all the way across the pond! We sell high end baby clothes and have small number of orders but high cost wise, this is perfect for us as lost of our customers are from overseas. FABULOUS and THANK YOU

Really useful and easy to understand App. The design of it makes it easy to distinguish possible fraudulent orders and act accordingly. The introductory phone call from the CEO who talked through the application was extremely useful too, gave us the confidence to trial the product and the knowledge needed to use it to its full potential. The service Signifyd provides decreases my risk of fraud so much more than the useful but rudimentary app from Shopify. It is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time it would take to gather and evaluate the information Signifyd does.

This is an amazing app I use it on this store as well as 5 other branded stores. It is seamless and will block out 99.9% of fraud cases. On the .01% that you get a fraud chargeback Signifyd will refund you your loss. Highly recommended.

We have been using Signifyd for a long while now. Earlier this year, they took the initiative to contact us since we were on a really old plan and they were looking to shift everyone off. Their team is very patient and transparent with us throughout the entire process. We had to get this approved by Upper Management and everything. Their team is very knowledgeable and it shows that they work and communicate very well. After the contract was signed, their implementation teams and the Customer Success Manager took care of us from getting everything ready on the backend to implementation. We did have a fraud attack a while back and this definitely did scare us, but their app took care of the fraudsters and their team did a great job explaining everything that was going on and resolutions for any issues that come up. I highly recommend Signifyd for your fraud protection needs.
